Can’t even begin to write how awful Toyota is for not standing behind their Fuel Cell Vehicles! They sold thousands of cars while lying to each person they sold them to. 16 months later I am 14k UPSIDE down in a car I can’t even drive because of the fuel issues! The stations are constantly down and the price of fuel has gone up from $13 to $36! It’s costing $130 to fill up and it lasts 220 miles ONLY! Toyota knows these cars are a HUGE problem and so instead of helping all of us they just lower the value of the car!It’s disgusting the lack of customer care Toyota has for us Mirai owners!

Toyota customer service is gone. All that remains is up sales. Quality of employees is poor overall. Recalls are used to create new sales. The customer experience is similar to a rural Walmart. Buy and regret.

This is a spectacular parts and distribution center. Outstanding service to the customers. Their quality and on time deliveries are next to none. They are a flagship distribution center for Toyota.

Contacted this office in regards to an issue with a Toyota extended warranty for a faulty engine. I spoke with Devon. He wasn't able to help much. He told me he would have his supervisor call me but of course the supervisor never did.
