“If you care about your vehicles as much as I do, call Al @ All Area Towing. I needed two cars towed and set an appointment for later in the week. Al was communicative throughout the process. He showed up on time with a beautiful flat-bed Chevy, and quickly had my first car ready to roll. Two separate cars being moved to the next town over took less than 2.5 hours from start to finish, and all for less than I had expected to pay. I'll definitely be using A.A.T. for my future towing needs.”
“Abraham and the team at Palladium Auto Shop took care of me and my car. I was pleasantly surprised with how my repair turned out because in the past I have damaged my front bumper and grill and took it to some place in concord, CA and they did a poor job attaching the new bumper back on. Fast forward a couple years later I collide with another vehicle and had it fixed at Palladium and it was like I never even damaged my car, like ever! Thank you so much Palladium! Im going to refer my family and friends to you guys from now on. Also avoid General insurance at all cost, they work like snails. I filed a claim in July and barely getting it resolved before the new year.”

“I came in originally to have my transmission fixed (my car could not go in reverse). Mike made a great impression from the beginning. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. In addition to fixing a stripped gear he also noticed a bad bearing and replaced that as well. The price was also reasonable. “I requested a tow on 12/06/2023 on a Rainey night for my pickup truck that had blown a power steering hose and I thought was undrivable based on information my mechanic told me. Ethan listened to me and informed me that the truck could still be driven ,but not with power steering anymore until repaired. I did not know that. “My car wouldn't start in the parking lot near Clayton Road after work, so I called Shield Towing for a jumpstart. The service was awesome! The driver arrived faster than I expected and got my car running in no time. He was super friendly and even checked my battery to make sure it was in good shape.
The only hiccup was that they could improve their communication a bit. I didn't get a confirmation call that someone was on the way, so I was a little unsure if help was coming. But in the end, the quick and helpful service was great. I'd use these guys again without hesitation.”

“10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!As my sister and I were headed to Livermore on 6/10/23 my car overheated on what I thought was the 238, but was actually a bit further and was 580. I made a few calls to nearby towing companies and got a few quotes that were pretty high considering where I was being towed to which was Fremont. Also spoke with a few people that were flat out rude! Thankfully my sister found Alladin and he worked with us on the additional mileage quote, his flat fee is $250. He is extremely professional, he gave an ETA of 10/15 minutes and literally arrived in that short amount of time considering he had to drive a bit further then where we thought we broke down at! He is very knowledgeable, very efficient, reliable and a genuinely kind person!Hopefully I don't need a tow again, but if I do I will absolutely be giving my business to this guy!
