After extensive research and numerous recommendations, I decided to entrust my relocation to TNT Relocaters and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

On moving day, the team from TNT arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials. Alex Gomez was the lead on my move. Please exercise caution before hiring this moving company. While it's understandable that bulk and heavy items like my dining table might sustain some chips, the overall handling of our belongings was far from professional. Not only were some small parts of our furniture missing by the end of the move, but the movers also folded our paintings and posters during packing – a clear sign of carelessness and unprofessionalism. This experience was disappointing and suggests a lack of respect for the client's possessions.

TNT took care of my international relocation flawlessly. From the moment that Fernando and his team (Sergio and Walter) arrived, they put me at ease. They were very clear about communicating to me the process and what I could expect during the day. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was moved carefully and cleaned up as they went along. They were a well-oiled machine and completed the job efficiently. They were professional but also good people with whom I felt comfortable handling my memories and special belongings. I highly recommend TNT Logistics and this crew!

TNT logistics handled my move from California to Washington, and I honestly could not have been more elated with the entire experience. The entire process was stress free, prompt, professional, and just went completely seamlessly. I always brace myself for the odd broken item or two, which happens when you move, and I had so many very fragile items, large glass pieces, etc. everything was organized to perfection and handled with such care. Could not recommend this company more.

This company has been storing a piano of mine since 2015. I have called multiple times in the last week to have my piano delivered to me. I have asked for a return phone call and have not heard from one person. They only have one phone number and it seems to be the number for everyone that works there. Very disappointed!

Really disappointing that these movers still, a year into the coronavirus crisis, still do not keep their masks on their faces. Moving is hard work, and covering the mouth and nose makes breathing hard. Guess what? You catch a bad case of Covid and it's even harder to breathe. Not wearing good masks properly is disrespectful to everyone: one's self, one's colleagues, and the people in the buildings where you are working. Your work is harder now, so take more time with it and charge more. AND WEAR A MASK.

Tom showed up with his crew at both the pick-up and delivery locations on time. This was my first time using a relocation company and they made the entire process fantastic. They were professional, quick, and very helpful with any questions I had. All my belongings were very well taken care of during the move. When I move again in the future, I will definitely be looking to them again.

Tom, Ben and the entire crew worked tirelessly for two days to pack up and move out our belongings after being in the same home 25 years. They were professional and very flexible. Every time we had a question they had an answer and it was almost always "No problem!" They packed out their trash when they were done loading. I'm also pleased that Tom will also be leading the delivery crew in our new location.
