I had a last-minute emergency and needed my house in Castro Valley cleaned as soon as possible. I reached out to few cleaning companies out there, but Tina was incredibly accommodating, fitting me in on short notice.They were thorough, efficient, and left my house looking sparkling clean. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, specially the bathrooms and the kitchen…spotless …One big plus in deciding to hire Tina was that she ANSWERED the phone, yes pickings up the phone and speaking with me. I was able to explain my requirements and go over everything I needed to be done in my house . Afterwards she delivered everything we agreed on that conversation.I will definitely be using her service again in the future!Thank you Tina!

Arranged for service for party several weeks in advance but they were a no show for a deep cleaning. They said team had Covid same day as cleaning service but more likely a schedule conflict because they forgot about the cleaning day was a holiday. I have no idea if they can clean a house because they never came to my house. Very unreliable no backup crew, be advised.

I was looking for standard carpet cleaning for spring cleaning. My first experience reaching out to this company and individual was so rude and unprofessional. I could only imagine what working with them would be like. Avoid disrespectful establishments like this one!

Pros: responsiveness Cons: not out front with charges, the cleaners do not speak any English so had to call the third party to talk to them or use hand gestures. The owner(?) shout at you lol It's PER person and PER hour. Not just per hour. Was not fully informed of the price when I was discussing about it. Plus, I got a text saying the cleaners were late. I was fine with it because I thought they were in traffic or something. Later I found out that it was because they agree to do an extra hour on the previous house! Even though they had an appointment with me! The frustrating thing is that they didn't even complete cleaning all of house. I told them I'll pay to stay an hour but they are so tired from the previous house that they said no and now my house isn't even half way done. They literally stop midway lol. So absurd. I mentioned the sq feet of my house too. At least the cleaners when they had arrived, they could have informed us that they cannot do the whole house or had a few hours to clean it. Tina, who I was speaking to, kept shouting at me that the price is per person per hour and wasn't even denying that she mentioned per person. And kept shouting to me that they have to go, the cleaners can't do any more time. Now I have to look for another cleaners to finish the rest of the house. Yay

I feel bad leaving such a poor review, but want to avoid someone else having to go through what I did. TLDR: had Tina's crew come out to do a deep cleaning on our newly remodeled home prior to moving in. They charged me for 17 hours of work: not even half of the house was cleaned, the spots that were cleaned were left dusty and even dirty (think construction dust), my brand new kitchen sink was scratched (they lied about it initially and said they didn't touch it and actually blamed my contractor - luckily, my contractor saw them putting metal exhaust grates in my sink, and they fessed up), and I was still out $500 (gee, thanks for the deal Tina). I think Tina is a good person, but her crew stinks as does her customer service. I was really depending on the house to be cleaned properly as I have young kids and zero time. I'm just bummed all around.

5+ Stars!!! Thank you Tina!!! The service you and the ladies provided was exceptional the ladies did an outstanding job cleaning my home for move out ready. Also very honest I over paid the ladies by $100 and the same day I received a phone call from Tina telling me I over paid and received my $100 back by PayPal. I don't have enough words to properly thank Tina for what she did for me this past Friday night. I have had a nightmare of a construction project going on and the crew left my home in disrepair. Tina is a hero. She showed up on the same day to fix my home so that I could sleep in it that night. She worked so hard and did more than she had signed up for to make sure I did not have to stress about the state of my home. I'm so grateful to have found Tina and cannot say enough good things.

What a team!!! What professionalism! I wish that I could give MORE than 5 stars. From the first contact with Tina, I knew that we would be in great hands. Pedra and Mariela were here in our Danville family home to do a deep clean. It was our first time with Tina's Professional Cleaning. They were thorough and used great products. The house never looked (and smelled!) so good. We are real neat freaks and wanted to ensure that our father's home was taken care of. It was...and will be! We will DEFINITELY have Tina's team in here for routine cleaning. Thank you Tina! I cannot sing enough praises.

They are really professional. They came in cleaned everything including refrigerator, oven, gas range, inside of cabinets. Price is really reasonable. Now the house is shining again.

It was easy to schedule a cleaning service. Tina was friendly and quick with the cleaning. She was on time to the appointment. I told her I had to run some errands and all be right back. When I got back, my house smelled and looked amazing! Im definitely going to be a continuous customer.

I called Tina's professional cleaning and spoke to Tina herself and I was surprised she came herself the next day to do the Cleaning. Down to the work done,Tina was very professional doing the cleaning job. She was on time and nice. Tina even finished the cleaning job before the estimated time. I would highly recommend!
