Awesome experience from shopping to delivery:-) The sales staff was amazing and very patient. Janelle gave us lots of good ideas and suggestions and was most accommodating on multiple visits. The delivery process was very smooth and efficient. The white glove delivery folks were very pleasant and took care of everything to my satisfaction.I would shop here again anytime and would recommend it whole heartedly:-)

Terra always has an eclectic selection of furniture. Their staff is very helpful. I picked a conversation set and fire pit on Monday and was sitting on it with my friends by Thursday!

This store and our interactions with Rick and Carlos were really top notch. We were shopping for a new fire table and learned a lot about the selections that Terra had available when we visited. These guys were very helpful in describing the differences in options and helping us make the purchase. The part that really shines is that when our delivery was missing a part (the lava rocks didn't get shipped with the table), Rick and Carlos responded immediately by personally driving it over to our house. I mean this is just an unexpected level of service that really defines relationship building with a store and brand. Thank you, team. We look forward to visiting your showroom again for our next set of needs.

Wonderful showroom and great service. The quality and variety of the furniture is absolutely wonderful. So many choices and options in each selection! We look forward to purchasing from this store in the future when our home is reaching completion with the build. We are so excited.. It's going to be so much fun.

Beautiful show rooms and pleasant staff. Delivery to remote locations is a problem. The scheduler is very nice and indicates the days delivery is available in your area. A few days before the scheduled delivery, a supervisor calls and tells you a completely different schedule without options. There is zero communication between the scheduler and delivery operations.

I have bought furniture from Terra Outdoor in the past and last year bought a new set. I take care of my furniture and cover my pillows during winter etc. I got them out this year and my cushions were tearing on the seams. I sent over pictures Saturday am and by Sunday afternoon i had scheduled to have someone deliver a new set. They are exchanging them for me. They are friendly and so easy to work with. I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to anyone I can.

We purchased gorgeous outdoor furniture from Terra and received top notch customer service all the way around. After this scorching, hot summer, we noticed that the fabric became faded and notified Terra…they immediately replaced the entire set for us!!! They can’t be beat. We highly recommend Terra.
