Worst phone system. Spent 20 minutes trying to get through. Phone would answer and merge with another call, but I could not be heard. Called back and tried multiple departments. Each time it would answer I would hear talking but not to me. Finally gave up. Even customer service did not work. So frustrating!

I love shopping at target but yesterday 4/7/24 my husband went to San Ramon target to buy milk when I got home I realized that the milk was expired 4/5 but was still on display for customers to buy. Yes he should have checked before buying but the point is the store was selling expired products. So if you’re shopping here I suggest you double check all the food items as freshness is not guaranteed.

Upon my recent visit to Target in San Ramon, California, I found solace in the abundance of offerings. From home adornments to sturdy furnishings, the store presented a rich tapestry of choices. Notably, the organic produce section stood as a testament to nature's bounty. Amidst the aisles, I found tranquility in the orderly arrangement and the courteous demeanor of the staff. Target in San Ramon embodies virtue, offering both goods of quality and service of distinction.

Take extreme caution when shopping here for anything package fruits or veggies. 3rd time is a charm. Last nigth my daughter fully made a salad for her dinner. Right when she was going to take a bite she noticed some type of worm in her salad. Clearly she had to throw it away and also trashed the rest of the package. This was arugula. But this was not the first time this has happened with arugula packaging. That makes twice this has happened. Their fruits are not much better. Packaged fruits everything looks good on the top but once you start eating and you get down to the middle you can see all the bad fruits that is packaged. Or it has sat too long. Places like Traget and Walmart carry low quality fruits and veggies. you are better off going to a true grocery store or even a place like Windmills Farms.

This Target is gigantic! It's one of the largest ones I been to or maybe it feels that way because of the layout. When you walk in you see the registers and the clothes section, go right and you'll see a massive grocery section that's much larger than most locations. Their beauty and personal care is also so large and spaced out. I don't know why but it feels like the layout here is not as intimate and easy to navigate as other locations. Overall they had what I needed so I didn't experience as many out of stocks as other people and the self check out line is nice. The one con is it is located in a busy area with Whole Foods and home goods and some eateries so sometimes parking is farther than I'd like but most Targets are kinda like that anyways. I wish the clothing area had more mirrors though it felt like I was traveling really far just to find a mirror lol

The employee checking everyone's items to make sure they have less than 10 in the self checkout lane is the most useless position I've ever seen. Like you could literally be working on the register and actually be contributing something instead of just being a waste of space. Smh this place sucks now, go to walmart instead.

This is the first time I have placed an online order for instore pickup. Super easy and the order was accurate. The employees at the pickup spot were super friendly and helpful.

I love this Target but every time I purchase salads from this particular Target the lettuce is old and gross. Even checking the date the lettuce is old. It's annoying to open up a mixed salad and not able to eat it. I'm posting this to please fix this issue.

The associate who worked the costumer service/return desk was so rude to me it was appalling and disgusting behavior. She tried to make me check out at a register when I intended to use the self-checkout lane and her reasoning was because I had more than enough 10 items which was untrue. She made me feel as if she was insinuating that I was a thief and I did not appreciate it at all!!! I used to love this Target and shopped here multiple times a week and now I will never shop there ever again!

Target now forces customers to use their app and clip their coupons in advance, then use a wallet bar code on your cell phone at check out in order to get the sale prices and offers they show in the store. It takes a lot of time and to be honest it takes the fun out of doing a Target run. Target, if you offer a deal you should give it to people and not make them jump through hoops to get it. You got this one wrong.
