I love this Target but every time I purchase salads from this particular Target the lettuce is old and gross. Even checking the date the lettuce is old. It's annoying to open up a mixed salad and not able to eat it. I'm posting this to please fix this issue.

The service is Terrible. I got lucky and only one person ahead of me for a quick return. That worked out well however, when I went to pay for some purchases, I had there was not one cashier to check anyone out. You look up and down no one was around. I asked someone and they said they didn't really work there. They were fixing a self check out machine. The girl in the Starbucks said she could help me, but the lady in front of her was ordering so much food and coffee that that was ridiculous. I asked another worker walking by and she said she would check me out. I asked if she was still on a break and she said yes but she had nine minutes left of her break and she was happy to help me. I felt terrible, but Tricia I need to give a shout out that you were wonderful and you even helped the person who had gotten in the line after me! That was so appreciated and was using great customer service and integrity. I then asked for a manager who finally did come and was polite. When I said this was ridiculous that there was not a cashier to help anyone. Then a person who was trying to use the self check, said I have over 10 items and can't check out there . Target, you have good sales and people want to come in and be helped at checkout. Please work on this. I told the manager who was there about how wonderful Tricia was, and I only hope she acknowledged her today.

The old retailer woman both slow and rude , she's terrible , I'm wondering how store kept her in to handle their business . She yelled at me when I make a line behind the dude that waiting for his shipt , and also she just like blamed me while she didn't check carefully my order stuff . Fire her please unless you want to keep get some complaination about bad experiece when they re on her line !

Management needs to train employees on where things are located in the store. I asked 4 different employees where something was and none of them had a clue! By the way, I was asking where mouse traps were located. One lady standing there doing nothing in front of the self checkers couldn't even understand what I was saying, had no clue what a mouse trap was. Whenever I ask someone at Safeway or a grocery store where an item is, they know immediately, what section, row and where abouts in that row, left or right side, etc. Employees need to be taught so they are helpful to their customers. Otherwise it is very inefficient and promotes nothing but pure laziness if not learning the store.

It is a shame Target has gone downhill. I was a regular shopper but not anymore. The carts are dirty,they allow dogs and you can't even have a dog at the farmers market, and the shelves are sometimes bare of products The store used to always be busy no matter what time I went but not anymore. It is a shame

I placed an order online at target.com and it arrived at my house today, severely damaged. I then decided to go on and check my tracking to find out that it came from this store. I have worked at target and I have done the exact job as the person that packed my order and I can attest to the fact that it is the simplest job in the world. So to receive the skirt I had ordered with the zipper completely mutilated along with half of the skirt shredded was a big surprise. I then proceeded to call the target store. I called every single extension took about 20 minutes, and none of them answered. The target I worked at was awful, but this one is significantly worse which I didn't even think was possible. Do not shop here. And definitely do not order online if you live in the area because it may come from the store and you do not want to risk that.

The last several visits have been shocking to me. There is so much trash, spills on the sidewalk, and overall poor hygiene on the front sidewalk. iIt didn't used to be like this-- not sure why it has degraded so much? Once inside, the first 5 carts I pulled out to use were filthy with sticky grime and used snack bags. Otherwise, the store is well-stocked, organized and filled with good deals. I'm hoping a major cleaning of the outside happens soon!

Who doesn't love Target?!?! My go to target of choice! Location location location and I pay contra costa county tax... lol That's the key! I typically go early in the morning when everything is laid out nicely and organized. That's just how it is with all retail stores. This store is brightly lit and large. Not cramped in merchandise layout. There's also not 1 but 2 areas for fitting rooms, Yes! Parking is never an issue here, plaza located right off of 680 and The lot at Bishop Ranch across the street. Like I said, very convenient and everything essential within mins.

I always come back to this target, hoping to see improvement, but i always seem to be disappointed. They hardly restock on sizes so when I go in most of the time all they have the same pants all in the same size. I never come here and find my size. They are sold out of xs/small EVERYTIME I have come to this location. I have never walked out of this target happy. Don't waste your time and take the extra 10 minutes to drive to the dublin target instead.

I was at this store on may 30 23 and I was with some friends trying to get stuff for a science project. I was grabbing a ball and dropped it then it bounced. this worker came up to me and it didn't seem like she spoke English but she told me to leave and I got kicked out of the store. I don't appreciate the service of these employees targeting children. I might have ran once away from a friend but people in there are connecting there phones to the speakers and playing music. and they choose me because I dropped a ball. I did not like this service and she wouldn't explain to me why I got kicked out. it was rude and I don't like your service

I went to pick up my ordered and there is no one at register so I went to look for some one can help me . There's a guy hiding in the back playing his phone.when he heard me he came out and yelled at me said I can't go there and then he was telling the other guy what just happened and he tried to show his power and start laughing. Finally I got my order and I ask what is the rude guy's name.His name is Andrew . I know now is hard to hire someone but it doesn't mean customer should get this kind of treatment and let this lazy person doing nothing but yelling at the customers.

Staff I dealt with here was extremely rude. I arrived at approx 10:02 tonight. The entry door was closed. I went to the exit door but did not go into the store, only enough to ask a question. I was about to ask staff if I could get one item. The employee started yelling "we are noow closed" very rudely. I tried to talk again and again but he kept yelling. I eventually asked if I could talk, then he stopped and just starred angrily. Then I explained I needed some pain killers and would be out before others. He said no due to policy. We needed the medicine urgently. And my 6 year old daughter was with me who asked afterwards why he was yelling and why he was so mean. I was calm and respectful the whole time and there was no need to yell. Especially with a child in front of you. He could have said "Sorry sir, we're not allowed to let people in a friendly manner." The behavior this person displayed is extremely inappropriate and target should not hire such low quality workers. Please avoid this place if you can. The least you deserve is respect.

This was my go-to Target when I was growing up. I don't come nearly as often as I used to ever since the pandemic, but I did go today cause I was in the area and I wanted to see if they had something (one time!) that I kind of needed. Parking is never an issue here as there are plenty of spaces. There are two entrances / exits. Charging stations and quick pick-up spots too. I never really have to use the restrooms here, but I'm glad they have them for those who travel. I had to use it this time cause I drank so much water prior to getting there. The restrooms could be cleaner tbh, I was disappointed, but still not terrible. I tried my best to walk fast past anything that caught my eye, lol. I did stop around some home and bath aisles though just to browse. I deliberately didn't take a cart or basket with me. Anything I found I was going to carry in my hands, lol. I haven't been here in a while so I wasn't familiar with the layout of the store. I ended up finding the stationary, pens, organizational area and picked up some colorful post-its, index cards, and randomly found this pack of cards that had these cute puppies on them *cry laughing emoji*... now the real reason why I wanted to stop by was to get the earphone microphone thing we usually get with our iPhones I just didn't know where I'd had placed the box. Since the guy was helping a lady at the counter, I decided to browse the electronics section more... wanted to find what films and cameras they had at the very end and I ended up getting two disposable cameras (I used to buy these all the time as a kid - they're double the price these days), and some more Polaroid film. I normally would buy from Amazon or direct from the brand's site, but since I was there and I did a price check... things would have been around the same price, if not a little more online (Amazon). I still like this Target location. It's big, not cramped. I USUALLY find what I go in there for... there have been a few times where I didn't find products I specifically went there to buy. Sometimes they are out of stock of things where the shelves may look bare, but for the most part... the place does not look run down, dirty, or super messy. I checked out in the electronics dept. Had to buzz someone to get there. The speaker says someone will be there in 60 seconds. I didn't time it, lol but in between my wait, I was pressing the Bose and JBL speakers which blasted music and another guy came through to push the button. 15 seconds later someone came after the 2nd ring.

Racist Target. Racist! I came in to return an item i didn't have my printed receipt because the cashier forgot to give it to me. The PM manager a short lady with black shoulder length hair kept entering the receipt number wrong assuming I was trying to make a fraudulent return. She said if I could get my receipt emailed then she could return the item. I had my receipt printed from the store of purchase. I called Target and they confirmed the receipt number was correct. Her and her associates went to the back and started talking about me. I hate this store. They won't get my hard earned black dollars anymore. How dare you refuse a paying customer a refund.

Sucks they don't have nothing and the service sucks just for them to tell you they don't have what they have advertised on the app that says it's in stock. Waste of time here
