Wonder how much this guy paid for all the fake reviews.Edit: all of the 5/5 reviews are from profiles with only activity is 1 or 2 reviews, for random business on dif sides of the planet which were made a day or two apart. Most pics are of people with dif names on linkdin who live nowhere near either review location. All profiles reviews are 5 stars, sound generic and similar to all of the others, and 90% of the accounts were never active again. Dont take peoples offers when they call you offering paid reviews services for your business. They could at least put a little effort into it... I guess they only need to fool the general publics quick glance which they serve their purpose successfully.Good luck to you and your business. I gave u an extra star for the hell of it.

Craig was recommended to me by a neighbor of my rental home in the Bay Area. I used Craig to rent and then sell the home. I live in a different state than the property so trust in a property manager and agent was extremely important to me. Craig is highly ethical, straightforward and transparent in all his dealings. He was indispensable to me with his help getting the home ready for rent, on-target with rent, and extremely efficient with screening prospective tenants. He was also very attentive to the needs of the tenants but at the same time cost conscience for my needs. The Swenson Property Management website is easy to use and provides a secure access to monthly reports as well as transactions. Rent disbursements were always on time. As a real estate agent, he did an excellent job again getting the house ready for sale all the while keeping the lines of communication open. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Craig and wish I could use him in my home state for my other rentals. I highly recommend Craig/Swenson Property Management.

I retired two years ago and my wife and I prepared to move to our new home up in Central Oregon. We were going to keep our San Ramon home and lease it for two years. We found Craig Swenson to be our leasing agent and we could not have picked a better man and a better company. He found us a wonderful tenant and for the two years took great care of our property. He handled all issues as a few came up during that time.. Our tenant was happy and we were impressed by Craig and his team. Rent always on time, things that needed attention .. always done on time and very professionally. A first class organization and I recommend them highly.

I rented from Swenson Property Mgmt for +3 years at the AXIS Towers in San Jose. Swenson Property Mgmt is very attentive and responsive. When I accidentally overflowed my bathtub, the flooding took out 6 apartments below, but what saved me a horrendous restoration bill was the tenant insurance policy I had taken out through Swenson Property Mgmt a few years before. Swenson Property Mgmt saved me a boatload of cash and heartache. Can't say enough about what a good partner Swenson Property Mgmt is for the tenant too! Thanks so much Craig!

Craig made renting my townhouse pain free. He was extremely responsive and has a ton of resources at his fingertips to have things fixed for my tenant, sometimes within hours. What was extremely impressive is during the sale of my rental Craig continued to be extremely helpful, responsive, and professional in working out the logistics with my realtor and tenant. I would definitely recommend Craig and will use him in the future.

Craig has been managing our house for 3 years now. First, he found us a great tenant. He has been very quick to respond to our queries and requests. Also, regarding tenants requests and repairs, he has a very good process in place. I would definetely recommend Craig to all my friends
