I had a bad experience . The staff is very rude . I had taken an appointment. They made me wait like in forever . When I asked , they said they would do a pedicure in sometime when I had taken an appointment for manicure . They were not respectful at all. I would never go back here

First timer with no appointment I was welcomed also didn't feel uncomfortable being serviced with my 3month old , you can tell this is a clientele service place ,service was great very clean and wasn't rushed , I paid $60 for gel French pedicure , would recommend , would also suggest making an appointment they did get busy while being serviced by their regulars

My wife went for manicure and had a poor experience. During nail cleaning, they pulled cuticles too hard and one of her nail beds started bleeding. When applying polish, they rush through it making it look uneven. They forgot to use hand scrub and when reminded, they got upset and start dealing roughly. The idea of relaxing during a manicure gets thrown out the window. Not recommended.

Walk in mani pedi. Good service. Don't listen to that Ally lady a couple of reviews down... I think she has some... let's call them "internal challenges." Staff was very nice.

New to the area, looking for a good nail artist, mainly in Danville, but no luck there. I'm super picky, know exactly what I want and need someone who knows how to shape, and do artwork! Jessica and Theresa, together, were amazing! The salon is very clean, there's not too much chatter between them, they are very nice and didn't charge ridiculous prices. This will be my new spot.

Jessica and Theresa are both wonderful! I moved 30 minutes away and I still come to them. There isn't a better place! I have tried a lot of nail salons close by and not one can do such perfect nails like they can. Love their energy and love their talent!

Jessica and Heather are Amazing Nail Artists, Everyone is very talented and Super Friendly. Very nice and clean, I highly recommend, I've been a regular for over 6 months now since I moved to San Ramon.

It was very expensive to begin with, especially for just refills, and when asked the price over the phone, they said it ranged between 40-50. And charged me $60And lastly the polish that they use is not that great my paint chipped the very 3rd day? I would recommend this place!!

I went to Jessica to do my nails for wedding shots, she kindly invite me to the studio to pick the right color and discuss the style, I love how she added thin silver lines on the finger tips. She is super supportive!

I was a challenging client, as my nails are naturally very curved, I have hearing loss, and my power wheelchair could not fit under the table. My manicurist - I don’t know how to spell her name, I think her name was Pami? She was so kind, gentle, and patient. Nail care in my own home is an uncomfortable struggle for me, and she made the experience very calming and painless. It means a lot to me that I was able to get my nails taken care of here with such a good experience! She had no trouble accommodating me when I couldn’t lean over the table due to my wheelchair, and her cutting and filing was precise, quick, and gentle. Thank you Pami (and I’m very sorry if I’m not spelling it right)! ????

Do not go to this place unless you wanna feel like a child and be ridiculed infront of everyone. I almost cried! I don’t understand the hype. The scheduling is a joke, they’ll try and fit you in even if they’re full, then they’ll ridicule you infront of all of their customers and treat you like you’re a child - this is not okay! Since when was bullying okay? I felt like I was bullied here and the owner lady is condescending as hell. Let’s not even talk about discussing the nail style. I usually bounce ideas off my nail technician on what to do, when I asked for their opinion saying I wasn’t sure if I wanted just gel or powder dip, the owner yet again in a very condescending way says “oh you should be sure first before coming here” WOW! World class service ! For all that superior feeling they’re having , the manicure was an absolute mess, my nails are not shaped well, there are bubbles in my nail polish , and the gel setting has a line going in between which wasn’t corrected, just smoothed over with more layers. Studio Ninty-one Ten is a perfect nail Salon, in the little Country Club Village on Alcosta Blvd in San Ramon, went early and had an perfect relaxed manicure and pedicure done, went there after a long time the place looks sooo relaxed and the team did such an amazing job, loved the way they did my nails, it was an great place for mother/daughter nails day hang out for me and my daughter, we went to the Starbucks across the street, then New moon Restaurant for the perfect Chinese take out, and finally grocery shopping at Walmart neighborhood store ,and the T4U BUBBLE TEA , perfect place to enjoy the little moments. my nails look amazing Thanks.

Got my birthday nails done here and loving them! I showed a picture from Instagram and told the lady what I preferred and wanted and she delivered ! Always will be coming here and I trust these ladies with any designs.
