My experience procuring business cards from this particular establishment was amazing. I came from a horrible experience from Fedex store. Originally, I went to Fedex hindered by the sluggish pace of the online ordering process and charges to get the cards at home really fast ( more than 100 dollars). I wanted the cards fast (conference) so, I resorted to in-store procurement. Regrettably, what transpired was an appalling outcome: 350 diminutive cards, starkly deviating from the specifications I had provided, and marred by printing of such abysmal quality that disbelief was an understatement. Upon bringing these glaring deficiencies to the attention of the personnel at the shop, their response was incredulous. They brazenly insisted that the cards were of the "standard size," until a comparison with a card from FedEx revealed the glaring disparity. Only then did they begrudgingly concede that a significant error had indeed occurred. Despite their begrudging admission of fault, the proposed remedy was nothing short of exasperating - a suggestion to reorder the same woefully inadequate cards, compounding the frustration of an already wasted effort. This subpar batch of cards exacted a hefty toll of $55 for a mere 350 units. Exasperated and disenchanted, I sought refuge in an alternative solution. I found solace at Staples, where for a mere $17, I acquired 500 cards of impeccable quality. Notably, these cards adhered to the standard size I originally stipulated, and were printed on superior-grade paper - a commendable feat accomplished in less than 24 hours. Remarkably, I was promptly notified within eight hours of the transaction, despite encountering a minor impediment due to a banking issue with the original card, for which Staples promptly corresponded via email to rectify. I was able to catch that before I went to the workshop. I had another issue online and inmediately, they resolve the issue and they charge the credit card. The customer experience was amuzing overall! This is what you need to do to keep a customer. I definitely will order business cards from Stapples and bring more business from my company! good job! he dichotomy between these two experiences could not have been more stark, underscoring the sheer disparity in quality and service standards.

Manager was very nice but went to return something at the designated Amazon drop off and was directed to the shipping center - employee Deborah was extra rude non helpful and unable to return what I intended to due to her inability to make a new shipping box. Our conversation lasted less than 30 seconds - Ended up rerouting my return to another location. Deborah is lazy and rude employee she should be fired for her lack of and find a job that is non customer service driven.

Absolute worst and untimely service, EVER! I place a print order through Canva on Monday. Never got any type of confirmation saying Staples received it, is working on it, nothing. I call tuesday to confirm it was received. The man on the phone said they’re extremely short staffed and couldn’t confirm what printing had received (totally understandable) and asked that I call the next day. He was very kind… I wish I got his name to exclude him from this review. I called on wednesday… I get a woman, whose name I believe is Debra or Brenda (found that out from the supervisor because she didn’t say her name when answering the phone). I tell her VERBATIM “I’m calling to confirm my order was received on your end.” A reasonable check in, right? Considering I placed the order through a third party…. She says “name” … I tell her… She gets back on the phone and immediately goes into “it’s not supposed to be done until tomorrow.” I said, “oh that’s fine, I just wanted to confirm it was received by you all as I never got any type of confirmation”… she immediately gets an attitude and starts going on and on about things irrelevant to my request and ends with “I have over 50 orders before yours so you’ll have to wait til I get to it.” As if I was asking her to speed it up or somehow make mine a priority… I would never! Then says “but i might be able to get it done today”…. i go in today (Thursday) at 3pm… the man says “Oh, it won’t be done until tonight.” I would have called but the way I was previously treated on the phone I opted out of that type of interaction… now, I’ve wasted gas. Needless to say, I have no desire to give staples a dime of my money in the near future and will be giving this feedback to Canva.

walked in to pick up a chair i bought online and ended up liking a different one. staff was super helpful, friendly, and even saved me $20 by price matching the online price. 1000/10 will do business again

I ordered flyers before an important event, but in the end they weren’t printed at all the way I wanted, and now I don’t know where to go. They treated the work very irresponsibly, they could not trim the edges, although they trimmed everything online when checking the file

Ever since the pandemic no one wants to work. Walked in to get something printed. There are two people behind the counter and I felt like I wasn't even seen. Then the man starts to walk over and from a distance asked if I can help you? I replied, I'd like something printed that is on the SD card. I explain to him what I need. And he's giving me a blank stare so I need to ask him why are you looking at me like that? He proceeds to ask me if it's set up right? I said sure. He prints out the copies and he said this is how you have it set up you'll need to correct that and bring it back. I asked him if he can do it. No we just print. WOW they used to go out of their way printing adjusting and making whatever necessary changes needed to make sure we had it all right for printing. But guess not anymore? Or did the guy just not want to work. Cause this is how I felt being that I've printed many times there.

Thank you Derek for you customer service this weekend! Even though my expedited poster order didn't get done per the original expected time this weekend, Derek went above and beyond to get my request done before Sunday morning when i absolutely needed it. Sometimes it's how people handle a problem for a customer that shows how much they value customer service, and Derek definitely demonstrated customer service and value to me this weekend. Thank you again!

Bought a printer for the Computer. Could not get it to work or print even though the troubleshooter said everything was fine. Contacted Staples Technical Support. They ran numerous tests and said to take the printer back to the store. Took it back and they immediately gave me a brand new printer. It works perfect. Good Technical support and Store Customer Service!!
