I went for a simple haircut. While trying to blow dry my hair with a roller, my ears got burnt. It was so hot, I was trying to roll away from the chair. It burnt my ears even more with my super hot air touching my ears. There was no one in the salon except me. This was the San Ramon location. I was screaming " ouch - ouch ouch". The lady went on as if it was normal routine. When it came to payment, there was no internet. And I had to ay through Zelle.

This is such an amazing studio, I have been coming here from past 3 years but they are so genuine in their services. Especially the massage - words are less to express but how it feels is amazing and no pain after massage.

- Hair cut: Messed up! Cut more than I've asked. Very disappointed. The comb didn't even look like it was sanitized or at least washed. Felt horrible!!
- Attitude - Your staff better learn manners. They need to talk in a soft tone to customers.
When a customer says they are not comfortable providing their phone number, you should respect that - not show attitude there.
Other services - I don't even want to talk abt :(

Badly burned underarms after waxing using some new device called roll on waxing. This was the first time I had waxing done by this type of device. Pretty sure this does not warm the wax evenly. First it wasn’t not immediately burn feeling but within an hour of it started getting pretty bad. This is at day 3 and it’s severe burn. Highly unprofessional staff. Overpriced and very poor hygiene level. Never coming back again.

The owner refused service to me because I had provided a past poor review on their service. This is a new low. Not having the capacity of honest feedback. Steer clear I would say. We, as Customers, would pay for a good service, not your attitude!They boast a lot about bridal makeup (which might be good), but did a very poor job for my hair color and a very mediocre job for my haircut in the past. The past feedback was regarding very poor service for hair color, which she wasn’t happy about. I would have expected them taking the right feedback and improving the service. The response ,instead, was quite appalling. Please try to do better, specially when you’re in the Service Industry.

I visited that beauty studio according the name, which should be satisfying me, but two girls were there talked-about and started one girl apply colour it was so bad coloir my original color was broen she applied colour ,made me upset. I think I will never go.Not a good experience ..

I came to Shobhana beauty studio for a long awaited facial. Had an extremely great experience. The technician checked my skin and suggested the facial that would suit me. Facial experience was very calming and gentle. I left the studio with a beautiful glow and definitely would be back for my next facial. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever received. I told them to cut 1 inch and showed multiple photos of myself with the haircut I wanted only to have several inches of hair shredded off. If you are a guy or have curly hair never come here!Services: Hairstyling
