They sell full car service packages in advance, but whenever I go there for a full service, they say, 'It'll take over an hour since we have limited staff at the moment.'
So I had to leave without a car wash. I paid you in advance for full service. Having fewer staff isn't my problem. So, to whoever reads this and is planning to buy their car wash service in advance, keep in mind: 'LIMITED STAFF AND OVER AN HOUR WAIT'.
Update: 08/24/2024: I regret buying full-service cards from this company in 2023. Each time I visit, they tell me the wait time is 2 hours and turn me away. I'm eager to use up the remaining cards and avoid this place altogether. Be cautious and think twice before purchasing full-service cards from them.

Poor Quality. Not worth at all.
The staff is not trained for detailing. I had the highest tier full car detail ($400) but it was no different than the regular wash. After the detail there were still a lot of stains on the exterior, the area under the seats was not fully vacuumed, stains on seat belts, dirty rims. For them, the only difference between a detail and regular car wash is that with detail they put some cheap shiny/slipper material on the steering and dashboard. They even returned the car with wet floor mats saying that they close at 7pm and it's already 7:15pm. So I had to dry them at home.

Happy they made the switch to semi self service, fairly fast, car gets clean and the employees are quite nice.

We bought the monthly pass, it is a great value. The vaccumn stations are great. The car wash cleans the car well.

Do it yourself getting the cheapest carwash package there! Their detailing isn’t worth the price they charge you.

Don’t expect any help here. I waited over 15 minutes just to pay for gas. When no one came to help me, I was given poor treatment. So come prepared, gas may be cheap, but I would never come back here.

So, first things first: since it last major remodel a couple years back, Ducky's is no longer a full service car wash. If that is what you need, look elsewhere (read on for details).
In the current model, you pay to ride in your car and "drive" thru (o.k., you don't actually drive, because your car us in Neutral, and you don't steer because the wheels on the left side of your car go into a track that pulls you through). This does a good job of getting your car clean (at least at the "higher" service levels - I have not tried their lower level services). The car emerges "reasonably clean" (my personal assessment, and "95% dry" (Ducky's claim). You can simply drive away, and let you car air dry, OR, you can pull into one of their "dry and vacuum" stations, get out of the car, and finish the job (remaining wipe-down to fully dry, and vacuum the interior yourself). They provide clean and (mostly) dry micro fiber towels, as well as a powerful vacuum system with very long, snake-like hoses that easily reaches all parts of my 2018 Odyssey minivan.
So, the 4 stars instead of 5 is not for the lack of full service, nor the quality of the auto-wash, or self-service drying/vacuum amenities. So why did they lose 1 star?
They lost 1 star for the price. It seems very steep considering their limited labor costs. The only "break" they give you is if you buy a monthly "subscription" (I'm not making this up), and then you get 2 benefits:
1. Skip the line-up for non-monthly customers (there is an adjacent driveway entrance to bypass that line
2. You can go as many time a month as you like (not sure if there is a limit on times per day, but not sure that would be an issue for most people).
Even at that, it seems like a fairly expensive way to keep your car "always clean" but I can see the value in that. Further, if your living situation does not provide facilities for car washing (many apartments and condos forbid it), it seems like a very viable option. Further, if environmental issues matter to you, the water gets recycled ♻️, so as soon as California runs out of water again (and, you KNOW that's gonna happen), you can have a "guilt-free" clean car.
I personally think this is light-years ahead of the clunky, difficult, messy coin-op washes of "yesteryear", and not a bad choice if you can stomach the cost of a monthly subscription.

Workers are great nice and understanding but to spend $349.00 for a full detail was not worth it. I should had went with the mobile detailing company . Couple
Of mishaps but I let it go due to the workers working hard.

This was the 1st time I took my car. I paid for a full $69 detail, there was a $10 discount, but I gave them a $10 tip. I should have but I didn't check behind them to make sure everything was clean propetly & it wasn't. So I will be taking my car elsewhere. I even called them & it has been 3 whole days no call back.

They're nice. Their services aren't worth it. My car isn't dirty at all, but with a teen and a small pup, it needed a wipe down, mostly dust, etc. Paid $70 for a "mini detail" and they didn't even wipe the dash of the dust that was there... lol. They did vacuum kinda. ??♀️

Liked the previous car wash much better. Ducky is cheaper. But you get what you paid for. It’s completely automated. Drying was not as good as hand dried. Nothing gets done in interior. The vacine cleaning is done by yourself. The vacuum station I picked did not work. I can do a much better job at home.

Received a free car wash. I wasn't impressed for what would've been a $22.00 wash. A lot of spots missed on my truck. Don't see myself returning.
