I was recently in a dire situation as an important document to be delivered got delayed and UPS online notifications went haywire and with different updates everyday and customer service could not find out where the package was.However, the people at this location were simply wonderful and helpful and went out of their way to help me with different options like putting an alert, calling an UPS driver etc etc.Shoutout to the manager at the location for allowing me to pickup even when they were not officially open to customers.Such a helpful and brilliant team which made sure my difficulties were understood and provided great help ASAP.Thank you UPS!

My package has been delayed at this location and no updates on delivery have been provided for 5 days now. The UPS phone system does not offer any additional information that is even remotely helpful. I just want to find out what happened, and when I can expect to receive my package, or when UPS will be covering the cost of replacement t merchandise to be delivered via a more reliable vendor.

I get a missed delivery email almost everytime I have a package coming through UPS even though someone is always home. I've left delivery instructions online, on the front door but nothing seems to get through to them. The delivery people are either incompetent or lazy.

This is a review based on the courier experience that happened yesterday 9/3/2022. A little back story first... First of all I learned from my experiences. I live in an apartment complex with a code to get in. So on a previous package delivery I received a notification saying "Sorry we've missed you"... however I was home that whole day. No knock on my door, no sticker left on my door. Nothing! So in my upon tracking the package there was a footnote saying driver had no access. OK... so I create an account on their website which you can create delivery preferences in which I specifically indicated their is a gate code and provided said gate code. I also specifically indicated I want ALL DELVIERIES left at my door. The next 2 packages get delivered without a problem. So I'm thinking cool, I'll never "miss" a package again right? Wrong! I was supposed to receive a packaged yesterday (on 9/3/2022). I'm at work getting notifications saying its on its way blah blah blah. Then all of a sudden BAM! "Sorry we missed you" and the next scheduled delivery is 9/6/2022... 3 days later!!!! WTF?! Why wasn't my package left at my door like I specified in my delivery preferences? I'll tell you why... I checked my ring doorbell camera... the UPS driver NEVER EVEN CAME BY MY DOOR! Wanna know why? Because they have an entitlement complex and when they simply don't want to go into an apartment complex they wont. Which is sad because people rely on their packages being delivered as promised. Also who regulates their routes to insure a successful delivery? NO ONE. The drivers are free to do whatever they want because they know their dispatcher/supervisor won't follow up with their route. This is a sad case because lets keep it real AF.... It's an easy job to fulfill. Essentially they get paid to get a little cardio, do a little driving, advertise while their driving the big brown truck, a little lifting, and to place a box in front of a door. Am I wrong? And they get PAID WELL.. I know these drivers get paid in the mid to upper $30's. Lets call it $35 to $40 per hour. Ask around and you'll see that's what they make. And I'll tell you what... I know there are 10's of thousands of people that would LOVE to have their job and get paid what they make. And I'm sure they would do it with pride, passion, and accountability. Not like their current self entitled lazy drivers that can simply decide.. ehhh I don't feel like climbing up these stairs, or walking through these apartments... they can get their package some other day... am i right or wrong? Oh before I forget.. I called their customer service on this current situation and they said they'll have the dispatcher reach out to me and re-deliver the package that same day... I knew they were full of crap so I requested the case number (C-011136871). Of course NO ONE CALLED, and I sure as heck didn't get my package either. USE FED EX OR THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE.... stop making UPS richer because they certainly don't deserve yours or my business!

I’m missing 2 iPhones and UPS from San Ramon delivered me 2 empty packages in 4days. They went missing in transit. I’m waiting for a third iPhone because apple keeps sending me iPhones and I want San Ramon distribution center to make sure the package is delivered with the IPHONE INSIDE.I tried calling ups customer support and no one is helping and just letting these iPhones disappear.

Mark was amazing! He looked through an entire shipment to find my passport in a package. He was super nice and helpful. This place has great employees, and Mark could not have been more positive and helpful.

Come here at your own risk. Employees zoom their remote control cars inside parking lot at blazing fast speed. It's right at between the stop signs! Super dangerous

If I could give this place something lower than a 1 star I would. I shipped a package from San Diego to Dublin the driver marked it as delivered and it was never delivered. Do you think UPS has tried to find my package no they haven’t. The customer service reps are terrible they keep you on hold and never do anything to help. They are horrible I just want my package.

This is an unorthodox location for customers to drop off I feel, but if they do they're VERY efficient here. No real decor or cleanliness here, just a packaging and shipping warehouse that customers can drop off things. They have a HUGE parking lot and a small area for customers, but don't be worried about parking, the drivers here I'm sure are used to driving around parking lots in their UPS trucks, they're like an extension of themselves. Everyone here is really nice too, and their hours are better than the local UPS stores. Thanks UPS!

Always a great place people there are very nice take good care of my packages. Never have a problem with deliveries. I would never use anyone else.
