It’s one of the best Marriott that I’ve stayed at and I have to say that the staff at the front desk are there was nothing that wasn’t too much for them to sort out. The MC is great and I would stay there over and over again.

Mobile key worked flawlessly. Convenient walkable location to nearby wework and mall. Breakfast was always delicious, really great coffee. Comfortable bed and pillows. Delightful, would stay again.

Loved my stay here! I was greeted with a glass of Prosecco, how lovely. The room was perfect, clean and fresh. Also my favorite part about the rooms aside from it being so comfy and cozy was no carpet! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!Rooms: Super clean and fresh, no carpets! Had a new fresh feel to the room and bathroom.

Not set up for regular people. This is a business/conference oriented place, now beautifully remodeled as modern and impressive to look at. Bring lots of money or your company credit account.The details are that every little thing has a charge to it. Pay extra for parking and walk for blocks to get to your room. There is no map of the facility.Pay extra to use Wi-Fi. No breakfast without a high priced restaurant service, not even an apple offered. There was a coffee dispenser in the lobby but not coffee that I wanted to drink.It’s advertised as pet friendly but there was no facility for dogs.After booking many weeks ahead of our trip, and checking in earlier the day of arrival, we found that not only had our first floor room been already filled, but we were told to pay extra for our dog even though we had already done so. They said pets were only allowed on the first floor. Our receipt showed the payment and FINALLY we got a room on the second floor. We are here for three nights and I asked if they could clean the floor because it’s sticky and dirty. They said they would, we will see if that happens when we get back later today.I hope they can make the place more like the Best Westerns where we usually stay and feel welcome!

Please do NOT book at this hotel. We were treated so bad. The front desk person Desiree was so unprofessional. My husband tried to extend our stay. She did not hear anything we said. She seemed predicuous with her actions. Looking up at us rolling her eyes, "No THERE IS NO RESERVATION ". She hands us a new key card (why, dont know), we already had a room. So confusing, again didnt hear anything we asked her to do had the worst attitude and customer service! Then Jason the manager got involved. Said we could not extend, thought we had an attitude. Then the manager got involved and instead of helping us he poured more salt on the wound.Apparently Jason's is NOT management material. That morning he met with other management team and agreed we couldn't extend. To my Indian community do NOT book events here, if you do speak to Adam. He is the best, and would make a great manager. We use Marriott world wide and have never been treated so bad.
