I really like this Safeway. Not sure if I’ve been here before but this Safeway feels very homie and just a city over from Danville. I’ll be coming back again soon.

They got stuff and I bought some. Did I say it was way more expensive this time than last time. So today the checkout lady I think was trying to short me $10. She handed me $1 wrapped in the recipe. I confronted her and she without hesitation gave me the $10 bill she was hoping I wouldn't notice. Yes I paid in cash. I've been back got the same checker but no more problems.

The refresh of this store is very nice and gives an upscale vibe. I'm impressed with the variety of brands and items available. Hot foods, deli, etc is a nice touch. The only downside for me is, this store is not near where I live!

A good-sized Safeway with full selection. My neighborhood Safeway and it's clean and organized! Usually have what I'm looking for.

Want to give a huge shout out to Julian and his team at the San Ramon Safeway floral department. Their arrangements are just beautiful. We asked for assistance in with our little vases for a party we had last night, and they were beautiful on the tables. Julian was very helpful with ideas, colors, etc. Both he and his team also put together a lovely arrangement of flowers for my husband to surprise me with for my birthday. Everyone is very friendly and happy each time I walk into their area. Thank you to all!!!

Safeway sells these salt bbs they have a whole display and the containers you fill says refil and get $4 off. But when I go through the cash register the cashiers play dumb and so do the managers and refuse to give the $4 discount. That is clearly written on the package.

I bought a pre-made layered cake on Wednesday January 31st for my husband birthday in san ramon and first off I was told I could pay at the Bakery which i always have done in the Livermore location then when I brought the cake home the cake had no filling in-between the layers just on the outer side to made it looked like there was filling so the cake so dry I will never buy a cake from them again

Your store needs to update your hours on Google if you open at 5 am in of 24 hours like Google says. Trying to go to your store before 5 am is a joke. Take the sign off the door & change your hours. Very disappointing.
