Nurse didn't know that where to inject the needle!! She poked my skin multiple times and I had to run from there. Very scary!

Avoid this lab! Staff was rude, condescending and borderline abusive in the way they speak. I checked in, and was waiting for 40 minutes until they said they canceled my appointment for being 1min late to appointment, and never bothered to tell me.
Whoever runs this place should fire the tech working on 3/19/24…beyond poor customer service.

The female Asian tech is incredibly lazy. We have been here three times and 2 out of three times she has been irritable about having to do her job. She refuses walk in completely. We were here at 3:59. They close at 4.30 and she refused to draw stat blood test. She actually said “ if it’s stat go to the emergency room “. This woman should be fired.

I walked in this morning checked. There is only one lab tech who kept saying if you don't have an appt not sure how long you have to wait. So I went online scheduled an apt for 10:30 AM re checked in and even though I scheduled an apt there system still kept me as stand by and it is now 11 am and she keeps by passing me. The service here sucks.

All morning appointments are grayed out, either taken or blocked, for the next 3 weeks. Only afternoon ones are available. That means a 77 y.o. woman with reduced mobility must fast (read starve) until 1 PM on the day of the test. In the lab, there is usually one person, in no hurry refusing walk-ins even if the scheduled appointment didn't show up.Tell your doctors NEVER send lab orders to Quest.

On duty staff is not a happy camper. She does not allow walk in even Quest allows it. This is properly to reduce her work load. Don't feel comfortable with someone like that taking my blood.

It's impossible to get an appointment early morning unless you are willing to wait for a month. The place is empty, but the lab tech won't take a walk-in no matter what. If you need a blood test on a timely basis, they won't accommodate you. There is no one to talk to, which doesn't stop Quest Lab from charging the maximum for the tests. Ask your prescriber for Labcorp and refuse to go to Quest.

We went to go get flu shots. And this is the second time we've had problems with this quest designation. They are horrible, they are rude. They told us we could walk in for a flu shot. And when we got there, they told us. It would be 2 to 3 hours because you need to make an appointment. But yet the people before them on Sunday night told us we don't need an appointment. This is the second time this has happened. I would not recommend this quest site to anyone. The people who give these shots in this facility are slow and very lazy. Because they can't be bothered taking anyone in unless you have an appointment. Most places you just walk in and get the flu shot. This Safeway quest is ridiculous & take as few as possible appts..

This is hands down the best quest I have ever been to in my life. Annie my tech was so gentle and patient. She is super kind and caring! The space is kept really organized and clean. I really recommend this place!

Professional service. The phlebotomist lady was nice and kind. She know what’s she is doing. She did a great job. She only inserted the iv needle once and that’s was it. She was able to collect the blood samples needed. The clinic was clean, less crowded with ample parking outside. Highly recommend Quest Diagnostics in the whole Bay Area.

Ok the medical procedure service was great, technician was quick and accurate. And because I use the app, I got my results quickly. But the check-in process is a PITA!! You have to fill out a screen of info, scan both sides of your CDL and any/all medical cards, EVERY TIME you go! EVEN IF YOU PRE-REGISTER ONLINE! They say it's because coverages change, blah, blah, blah... but if you're in the system, all you should have to do is verify your info
