They just hanged up the phone on my face while asking questions. To be fair, let me tell you the story really quick. They were selling used fleet trucks with low mileage (10K-20K) for $50K which was pretty good, but I still asked if I could purchase one of them for $51K (out the door price), they said "Noooo, thank you!", and hanged up the phone on my face. Not very professional.I still didn't want to give 1 star, because per the reviews (if they are not fake) many people liked their experiences with this dealer. So, I gave 3 star to be more neutral.

I found this Tahoe on Craigslist. This car is clean! Working with Brad was so easy! I was financed in minutes over the phone and through his website, a few papers to fill out and keys in hand! He filled the tank up even and paid and got the smog done. Brad is a good guy, reliable and trustworthy!

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in buying a car. Literally from Test drive to signing papers just over an hour which really opened my eyes to the nonsense that goes on at other places. The trust factor with Brad really made it a better experience as well and his sister was working there at the time also a genuine person nice to deal with. Felt satisfied with my purchase and wish him the best.

I recently bought a car from Brad Benson and the whole process was straight forward, quick and efficient. I saw the car online and went by to look at it, Brad met me there and let me take the car so that I could drive it and take it to my mechanic. I filled out the application online and then only had to go into his office to sign my paperwork. Brad helped answer the questions I had about the warranty company and took care to refer me to a couple contacts of his for some other items for the car. The car was missing an accessory and Brad was kind enough to track one down for me. He also gave me a trade in for the car I was driving and was able to sell that car to someone within a week. I bought a beautiful car at a fair price and thank Brad for his customer service and all of his time and assistance.

We emailed about a truck we saw on the website and received and immediate response from Brad. He let us set up an appointment right away to test drive the truck and was very understanding we were running late. He made the entire process very easy and straightforward. It was a great deal and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to Brad.

open , honest and fast! great prices and very friendly service, i was looking for a audi tdi and been searching the bay area for a bit, they had the best price for the year and miles in my price range by far, i spoke to Brad via text and made a appointment to test drive. with no pressure i went for a cruise and love it, with a 30 day 3000 miles power train on his word for free (including all vehicles) , i thought he didn’t just buy this without looking at it first to sell a quick buck, honestly i would go back again for brenda . so nice , helpful and friendly!
