She is the consummate professional -- willing to go the extra mile in answering questions, obtaining vital information, and offering sound, prudent, and valuable advice. I appreciate Tim Santich so much for helping us with our refinance process. He was very attentive, quick, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
