Worst grooming experience ever! I booked the appointment at 11:15am, when I got there around 2:15pm, the groomer just began cutting the hair. I didn't know what happened to my little one in the past three hours, he looked exhausted, scared, and timid when I picked him up. When I saw him, his fur got shaved so thin that you could see his skin through the fur. He was also very quiet and tired at home. He was very emo and kept shaking even though the house heater was on. He must have gotten really bad experience there. The uneven shaved my dog cost me $91! Petco service let me down!

Horrible customer service and super slow. I had a few questions regarding a fish I was hoping to get and waited for a hour because the only employee there was helping another customer. I came back a couple hours later just to be told that the tank I had wasn't big enough for the fish I wanted. What a waste of time.

Went to buy a new rubber chicken squeak toy for my dog. They had a good selection of toys but not the chicken. So I bought her some cookies.

This is by far the worst experience and weirdest of my life, I came in to purchase a gold fish for my tank, I currently have 3 gold fish in a 30 gallon tank and want a 4th and I was told I am NOT allowed to bc he's not LEGALLY allowed to sell me one unless I upgrade my tank. I said, I understand your concerns and I'll upgrade it later, but he refused me! A 29cent gold fish, but instead he wants me to spend $75 first to upgrade to a new tank. He literally refused to sell me a fish, is that legal? Unless I upgrade by purchasing a tank. Since he's the general a manger, he won't allow anyone there to sell me 29cent fish!! This is ridiculous

I stopped by to ask about restrooms (not the one in the Petco store). The kind and polite cashier told me where the shared outdoor restrooms was located. And then he surprised me by saying it was OK to use the Petco restroom if I wanted. That was nice! So I bought premium canned cat food after.Also, Petco has a good selection of quality foods for pets. I feel good about shopping at their stores. Recommended.

This is a groom review. I made an appointment for my labradoodle via the app on my phone and was quoted $90 (long hair cut and bath premium, nail clipping, and materials fees). My husband dropped her off so I don't know how that went but he had no complaints. A few hours later, I went t to pick her up after work. I went to check out and was told the total was $120. I would understand a $10 or $15 difference than what was quoted originally, but $30?? That's insane. I spoke with the groom manager, Ed(?), and felt like he was rude and condescending. I showed him the quote on my phone. He confirmed I did not have any extra services completed on my pup besides what I was quoted for originally. He offered no explanation about the drastic difference between the quote and the actual cost of the services and kept saying "fees have gone up since you booked". They should have honored the quoted price if that were the case and I wish I had refused to pay the $120 but I paid because I just wanted to go home after working a 12 hour shift and driving an hour in traffic. Our dog had some unevenness on her stomach and some irritation there as well. Also I had to touch up her face when we got home. BUT the haircut was just fine. I still tipped our groomer since it wasn't her fault her manager was being shady and rude.... All this to say, we will not be returning to this petco or probably any petco in the future.

Why for getting services, for up charged with hidden fees that weren't disclosed when I booked online. And worst, the groomers did a below average job grooming my dogs. Very patchy work... Not worth 200. I won't be back that's for sure

It's crazy their policies, free return on numbers broken, unused new, that's crazy, then also the return on pet food if 50 percent /more is still remaining is insane. I don't use loopholes but it's crazy enyone could. Workers are super helpful and seem to genuinely care. I got a 50% discount on a 14gal with some accessories rimless and all I did was put in my phone number, bettas are defiantly manurished/ super depressed to I advise they don't sell them, but I did get one and I was able to save it from the inhumane conditions. Hope everyone else can pitch in to help bettas in need. Buy overall I love the place and I'm glad they also sell worms which I can use for fishing bait. ?

These people are butchers more so than groomers. Totally ruined my dogs. Its a joke. They for some reason shaved only my dogs balls and belly while doing basically nothing else.

Samantha and helper and the vet were (and all of the employees) were so incredible with our very large dog, Addie, a Rhodesian Ridgeback! We are so grateful for such excellent customer service.

Went in with my family. We were ready to purchase about $100 in toys. The employee at the register spent 10 minutes trying to ring up one customer. Did not acknowledge us and honestly did not look mentally equipped for the situation. We put down the merchandise and left. Nice job.
