My dogs groomer, Brittany, does a wonderful job, Eelan is also lovely. Overall I'm happy with the service. Sometimes it's difficult getting in touch with someone to schedule appts, but they do their best!! Thank you for keeping my dog looking fresh and handsome!

2000 Bishop Dr, San RamonWe had to say goodbye to our most loyal family member yesterday. The care given to our dog Casper left an impression on our hearts. The compassion shown from Dr. Tien, Dr. Liang and Kenya was never shown to us by any other veterinary hospital. They gave us time to think, they gave us every possible type of treatment option and they were also very honest. When the heartbreaking moment came, they made Casper feel as if he was at home in his own bed. If ever the family decides to have another four legged family member, there's no question we will be back here as its primary clinic. You may not always get the same vet as I've read in other reviews, but you will always get the same excellent care from everyone here.

Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center: Utchen Franklin DVM
2000 Bishop Dr, San RamonI've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.

The store is a part of the complex which includes an awesome veterinarian team. It is always a delight to go there to get supples for our cat, Bella. The prices are very competitive and the added value of the staff and ther knowledge is a huge plus. We will not shop anywhere else. ???

She is very tiny and just turned one about two weeks ago so I was very concerned about leaving her. I trusted the good reviews on Yelp and boarded her at Woof. I am so glad I trusted the reviews on here. They took such good care of her. They updated me daily with photos so that I could see that she was doing well! They gave her a bath (it's extra but worth it) before I picked her up so she smelled nice and clean. She had a great time at Woof. I would definitely use them again! Thanks Woof for taking such good care of our little girl!

The food is amazing and the staff is amazing also. The cashier lovepreet was amazing he ran down all the promotions and if you have a phone number on file you can get discounts on food and gas etc. Offered me free Fuji water and everything they had to offer.... This is one of the happiest gas stations in San Ramon. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. There's a little old Chinese woman that works there she is sweet as pie.
