This was my first time here. I walked in without an appointment and decided to do the dip powder for my nails. The girl who did my nails literally only spent 30 mins on me. She did not do anything to my cuticles, there was no lotion or hand massage. The height of my nails are so uneven. For $50 I thought I would have at least had the basics for a manicure done. I am very disappointed and won't be coming here again.

If I could give 6/5 I would! We wouldn't go anywhere else. Christine is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Attentive, skillful, patient and super responsive.

Love Christine and Ann they always do exactly what I want. This is my new go to spot. I like thick acrylics and they don't question me like other nail techs.

If I could give painted nails 6 stars, I would. I oftentimes come in for dip nails and sometimes tips and I have never had my nails last so well and so long at any other place as they have at painted nails. Plus the people who work there are amazing. They remembered me and my now husband all the way from before I got engaged, to my proposal nails (unknowingly), to my wedding nails. I included a picture of my wedding nails that literally lasted an entire month. Plus their prices are totally reasonable!! I genuinely love this nail place

Still love this place! Christine and her team are amazing. They are welcoming and treat you like family. The online booking system makes it so easy to schedule time to come in. I always leave with the best nails and a smile on my face.

I went here today for the first time and was treated like a princess. Holly did my pedicure and some waxing. She was wonderful. She was very patient and caring, being I have very sensitive and ticklish feet. She waxed my legs today. I have never that done. I must say I am so happy with the results. My legs are so soft..and I can wear shorts now..lol. I will definitely be back. I just want to thank Holly again for making me feel pretty again. I have been going through a lot this past year and I forgot about myself. She took the time to take care of me and remind me I deserve it as a woman. 10 Stars ?

I had been going to a different nail salon for several years and although they did a decent job, they were NEVER even close to being on time and always made excuses for their actions. After calling the other salon yesterday and making an appointment for today, I walked in and was told they were very busy and unable to do my pedicure and I would need to come back. Now they had my phone number and could have called so I wouldn't drive down to the shop for nothing, but no, no call. I am patient, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. I called my neighbor and asked if she had a recommendation and that's what brought me to PAINTED NAIL Salon. I went in at 4:20, asked if they had any availability for today and they asked if I could come back at 6:30PM. I came back, waited less than 5 minutes and they prepared the nail spa chair for me. I soaked my feet for about 5 to 8 minutes and Anna came over and started my pedicure. She did an excellent job! Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be making this my new nail shop and will definitely be recommending them to others.

I have come to painted nails for about 6 months. I like the calmness and neatness of the salon. It’s not overwhelmingly busy and they give attention to their clients. They provide great service and they even fixed a broken nail for my daughter. This has become my go to place for manicure and pedicure.

I love Painted Nails! Everyone at the salon was incredibly welcoming and sweet. Holly did an amazing job with my matte dipped nails! Will definitely coming back for wedding nails

Wow! I'm stunned at the variance in service based on the day you go and how you're dressed. They No longer offer Mani Pedi combos. Everything is A la Carte. I paid $70+ tip about two weeks ago! Mani polish didn't last a week. Granted it was a Friday but the welcome was lacking. Brought my own polish too. I cannot afford these prices. As my nails were drying a woman/familiar client/ dropped in and all four gals urgently swarmed around her. The customer service given is not equal for each client. Not the same as when I started coming here months ago.

I have never been able to give a nail place a 5 star review until Painted Nails. They not only have fair prices, but the nails actually stay on (I’ve done, gel, dip, dip with tips, and acrylics). The people that do my nails are always so kind and a lot of them are super funny. I genuinely highly recommend you come here!!!!

First time here and got the basic mani/pedi. The lady was friendly but everything was super rushed. The pedi lotion massage was less than 2 mins, and they really just applied lotion for the mani. They also asked me to go to the other side for mani right after I am done with pedi, so I didn't get to enjoy the massage chair much. Just don't include it in the description so people don't expect a massage! I was disappointed because I expected some massage like I always get from other places.
