“It's not very offensive I would give 5 stars or take the time to write a review but in the pass five years I'm been banking with Chase Bank on Bollinger canyon road I have seen a few Manager come and gone, in the myths of all the changes there's one thing that stands out above all is there Great & I mean Great customer service Teller and officer Anita Misra with her staff of familiar faces When you walk in greeted by your first name with a smile, never have I waited in a long line to handle my account, They have passion about there job and truly care about bringing customers services to the forefront. Thank you to all the Teller Keep up the great service.”

They offered personal and business banking services with dedication. They even went to the county to file.Going way above and beyond when comes to helping customers.All other staff Mona, Rachel, and Natalie, as well as new staff members, areBijal and Grace also provide very professional customer service. Her name is Robin Mac Donald.I was targeted by a scammer who had access to my bank account, was taking money out in a fraudulent way when I found out that these people were not legit. I panickedI left retail banking years ago and joined Provident credit union who has been awesome when I told Robin my problem, she stopped everything she was doing call me into the office as I was conversing with one of her tellers, and she change my bank account number for me immediately she was trying to think of ways just to get me out of the mess that I was inI thank you so much Robin for saving my financial Reputation she close that old account and gave me a new one and she took time to do all the paperwork and it was pretty lengthy. I was having trouble with depositing at the ATM, and when I went into the bank I was freaking out a bit--because I was feeling upset and desperate, I didn't speak very calmly to the manager. She was compassionate and professional in return, and explained the situation to me as she understood it. I then deposited my checks with the teller, who was also very nice and understanding. I feel bad for not keeping my cool, but I want to thank the staff for being kind, compassionate, and professional.”

“I became a member of Chevron West Credit Union in 1976 and continued being a member when it changed over to CFCU. I give CFCU a 5 star rating because I am forced to deal with banks in my small business and they are a nightmare to deal with. “Houda is a superstar. She helped me create my account as smooth as possible and she was so professional, friendly and compassionate for the hour she was with me. Being a foreigner on work visa I understood little about the US banking/credit system and she knew exactly what I needed and was generous with her time giving me advice. She also proactively scheduled a follow up appointment with me to help me set up a credit card. Moving in from another country is stressful and Houda really made my day. Now I'm sad that I'm only in town visiting and wish I could bring her to Chicago with me because I would love to go to her with all my banking needs!”
