I am a former Nordstrom manager, so customer service is a big deal to me. Tyler at San Ramon O’Reily went so far above and beyond with his level of service, that I am blown away by his commitment to his guests.
Not only did he help me find the headlamp and wiper blades to fit my incredibly ancient 2008 Highlander, not only did he help me install both, he also showed me how to do it myself if I’m ever in a jam and need to know how to do it!
Tyler is a gem- give him a huge raise and recognize his level of service, please!

I’m just spoke to someone at the store to install/ replace my 12v battery. He says, you can buy battery here but we will not be able to replace. This is a big surprise to me as we have seen comments showing batteries are replaced. He was saying it is hard to replace battery in Toyota plug in hybrid ( I’m not asking to replace other set of batteries). A BIG NO for this location for me next time

Would post zero if possible. I spend hundreds of dollars with this company, specifically San Ramon. I tried to return oil I didn't end up using because I sold my car. And the guy at the counter said it was used oil. He literally took the caps off and broke the plastic tabs. I'm pissed off specifically at him. He's an idiot and always sounds like he's stoned. Won't be shopping with them anymore.

Went to get some wiper blades. Mohammed was so helpful on finding the correct si e and even came out to my car to help me install them since mine were a little tricky to get install.
