I've taken my fur baby to Oksana's twice and have been very happy both times. I needed somewhere that has only a few dogs at a time, so he doesn't get too stressed out. KC does a great job and Enzo comes out happy and looking very handsome!!! He gets a lot of compliments as well. I recently moved to the area and had tried out another place where they had so many dogs in cages it was way too hectic. They also sliced his ears inside and didn't tell me. Luckily my neighbor Julia referred me here. I feel a lot better coming to Oksana's and so does Enzo!

I have been taking my dogs here for several years. When the owner is there service has always been good and the grooming well done. The last rip I asked to have my dogs beard left on, he came back with a shaved face. This time he's in pain as he has more than one spot where he was cut too close. Poor guy has been crying for a week because of this pain. I don't think I'll be back since I can't make an appointment except by text message. At least I could leave a voicemail before. Not happy at all.

I have been taking my bichon Zoey to Oksana Grooming for about a year now. And, I am so glad that I found them. Oksana and Jackie have always done a fantastic job grooming Zoey that she gets lots of compliments and she puts a smile on people's faces when they see her. They are the only groomers that actually cut Zoey's coat the way a bichon should be cut, unlike other groomers where they just shave her just like any other dog with no regard to her breed and my instructions. I also liked that their facility is clean, bright, airy and appears to be well-ventilated. There is no "wet dog" smell in their shop, unlike other grooming facilities. Also, the groomers that work there are nice and seem to genuinely like what they do. Another plus for me is both Oksana and Jackie are experts in grooming bichons. In fact, Jackie said that she grooms (bichon) show dogs. I, and I think Zoey as well, really like Oksana's Grooming. I would highly recommend them.

I had really high hopes for this place after having a horrible experience at previous groomers, but was left incredibly disappointed. My shih tzu went in apparently “matted” even though I truly don’t believe he was, as I comb him very often to avoid that exact thing. I got a call after dropping him off saying they had to go a bit shorted on his LEGS and I gave them the okay for that. When I went to pick him up I got him back completely shaved down besides his head. I genuinely don’t understand why they had to completely shave him down and when I called to complain and talk they said “I should’ve done it myself then”. Really unprofessional and will not be going back. Could not express how bad our experience was here.

This review is long overdue, but Oksana's did such a great job grooming my senior golden retriever. With the pandemic, my 11 yr old golden, Becca, was getting a fair amount of matting of her undercoat fur and needed a significant amount of patience with grooming. The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was so sweet with Becca (who was quite nervous) and made her look fantastic. When I picked up my dog, all of my her kinked up undercoat was gone, which had to take the groomer a long time. Anyway, I would recommend Oksana's to anyone. Becca loved them, and she look so happy, pretty, and ready for summer after her appointment!

My big cat Max is a customer for last 10 years. He's a big kitty almost 30 lbs and definitely needs help with grooming. Professionals of the salon are awesome - they do the job right every single time. We love the salon!

Wow, we never knew our dog could look this good. She is a rescue mutt and she now looks like a show dog ready for a competition! She was also in great spirits when she left the groomer and looked very happy. The only reason we are rating 4 stars instead of 5 is the price, it is very expensive, about 30% more expensive to get my dog's haircut than my hair cut at a nice salon in SF...but, we will opt to continue coming here, just maybe quarterly instead of monthly.

Overall good work, which was done by a groomer and not the owner. When we went to pick up our dog, the owner would not honor the 'Yelp $5.00 Welcome New Customer' coupon. We spent $140.00 for a haircut, bath, and nails trimmed for our Golden Retriever puppy and when we presented the coupon she told us she was no longer accepting the coupon. The coupon did not show an expiration date and no fine print, just $5 off your 1st visit. Instead of simply honoring it, we had to go back and forth for several minutes until the owner finally budged with attitude. This left a very poor taste in our mouth as it is not worth the owner to want to argue over a $5 coupon on a $140 sale. This stinginess will make us now be in search for a new groomer for our puppy. What could have been a long-term business relationship was lost over a $5 coupon. Of course this is not about the $5 coupon; is all about taking care of a customer who found a valid coupon from the Yelp app that should have been honored with a smile. If the owner wanted to stop accepting the coupon she could have contacted Yelp afterwards and have the coupon removed.

We found Oksana through Yelp and we're so glad we did. We have a standard poodle puppy and Oksana and Anna have done a fantastic job with him. His first appointment at the age of four months was a "mini groom," meaning a bath, shaved face/feet and a nail trim. They wanted to make sure he felt comfortable in the environment and got used to the tools and dryer before they did a full groom on him. Since then, we've taken him in for two full grooms and have loved the results. He comes back smelling amazing and looking like a million bucks. He trots out of the saloon with a spring in his step and a twinkle in his eyes because he knows he looks so dapper. If you're looking for a great groomer who understands how to take care of your four-legged friend, look no further than Oksana's.

We have been taking our fur babies to Oksana's for 17 years! Anna and Oksana take care of our Giant Schnauzer and Yorkshire Terrier. They are reliable and caring. They both look amazing every time. Our dogs are happy to spend the time they do with them, so I know they are well taken care of.

We took our poodle to Oksana twice and we felt very pleased with the first grooming but the second was very mediocre. Considering the high price we paid we will be looking for a new groomer.

We love Oksana she always takes such good care of all our families dogs. She always pays so much attention to our fur babies and sends them home all cleaned and beautiful.
