Please please please don't waste your time in coming to this place to get any work done. Everyone in the printing department has no idea what they are doing I have been coming for years now getting my custom orders made. But my most recent experience has thrown me over board I came here for a quote for a wedding project they agreed to doing it gave me a quote here I am 2 weeks before the wedding to get done what they agreed to just for them to tell me they can't do it and Shelby says because she doesn't know how to neither does her manager they both are both blaming someone named Angela and don't even want to try to make what I am asking for happen !Mind you the rules are always blended for who they wish to do that for So disappointed !

Boggling: Why do you not take FedEx smart post? I saw the FedEx logo and I decided to enter and try to drop-off my package. The reason why you are getting a 1* by the way. Is the way I was treated, please be courteous to a potential patron. Don't communicate in a sense that is condescending and cascade information as if I'm illiterate. I just didn't know and I was unaware of your procedures... I could have easily been swayed to purchase items if I was being "genuinely engaged with kindness"...

I went in today to exchange some broken drawers that I bought but did not have a receipt. After almost being denied anything I called corporate (their request) and they could not find the transaction either. Defeated and out $100 I went back in and spoke with a different manager who worked it out for me. It was really amazing how kind and helpful he and the employee working there was. They explained why its hard to retirn without a receipt and it made sense. I am so happy with my store credit and the way they kept a customer today. Thanks guys.

If you need any printing services, go see Keshia and her team at the Office Depot in Antioch! She is super friendly, very knowledgeable and gives great feedback on your projects when asked. She helped my friend out one night at the last minute and she was so professional. I was impressed with her customer service skills and willingness to help us, especially since they were actually closing. We truly appreciated her great service! I then went back again to see her for my personal work print project and once again, she came through! Keshia, kudos to you for all you do and for showing compassion in what you do at Office Depot!

Came in to spend some money. Wanted to buy an office chair, all the accessories for my new office including a computer, monitor, key board, mouse, etc. stood there for an unacceptable amount of time before going to the register to ask for help. I said "can someone help me with a monitor". The girl said "you want what"? I said I want a monitor can someone help me? (**** as a sack of rocks). There were at least 6-7 people working. Standing around. Nobody came to help. Nobody even acknowledged that we were there. I finally walked out. Told the girl nobody bothered to help so we are leaving. She says "sorry about that". I said "no you're not". The world is doomed is this is where service has gone. Wow. I'll never go back. Sadly I'll have to order online which I try to avoid because it puts stores like this out of business. Very disappointed....

I walked into the store and 3 different employees walk by me not asking if I need help. I ended up getting 2 sheet of what I needed at the copy counter loose. When I got home saw they had charged me for full service.. I had nothing done. Does walking across the copy center to grab 2 sheet of stock count as full service? I even told the girl what I wanted, she did not have to go over any options with me.

I got semi help when I went in trying to find ink we needed for our printer. Was told they didn't have it, but online showed several in stock. So I chanced it and within an hour is was ready for pickup. I tried curbside pickup since I've been to every store imaginable trying to find the ink. I know they offer it but no one walks out and when you call you don't connect to anyone. I walked back in and orders just sit on a shelf with no employee to over see it. Maybe I'm just use to all the other stores and how they operate their curbside/pickup orders.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The general manager Jason lied to my face about a price for an item. He said it was an error in the system even when the price was showing the discounted price on their Zebras (price checker). He had the employee helping me hide the zebra price from me. And said that if I wanted the item in the glass case, he would have the cashier ring it up at the price on the shelf. Being someone who also worked in retail, I couldn't understand and asked him why he couldn't give me the item for the price it scanned as. He said that's the "price in the store" ... and am I not in their store? As I continued to ask why it was so dishonest and why he had his coworker also lie to me, he walked away saying he has other customers. I literally saw him come from the next aisle loading stock. I am honestly disappointed at the customer service I received by the manager Jason. If a customer finds a good deal and the price scans it as that, why can't the store honor it? Rather, they will not allow you to get that deal and change the price at the registers to the incorrect price on the shelf. This is my last time visiting this location. Utterly speechless about how a manager could treat customers like this.

Stopped in to inquire about having copies made from my phone . Brierre came to my aid and explained how the process worked . She was very patient as I am not familiar with emailing and getting the right emails to open . She didn't rush me and even when I made mistakes she was patient . She talked me through and I was able to get the copies I needed . She was so pleasant and was never rushed . As a senior I really appreciated that . Thank you Brierre !

Made an online order - for 6 plastic boxes - got only one delivered. Very difficult to contact them regarding the order. So don't feel I can trust them with any other orders.
