Perfect for the slimmer crowd.
Customer service is there but could use some improvement.

Kind of mid. Have you ever been to the flagship Nike store in San Francisco this thing is a tiny fraction of what they have.Especially if you're looking for men's apparel forget about it there's only a few racks.Staff greeted me if it was otherwise pretty interested in their phones.

Literally just drove from Gilroy to San Ramon after chatting with an online rep before coming about exchanging a shoe and got denied by the MOD Haley. What a waste of time.

Staff was very kind and attentive, but not a huge selection overall. They don't sell any Nike sunglasses here either which I love, but I was lucky there was an optometry store in City Center that carried them.

The store is clean and well lit. They have a fairly limited selection of items, but everything is laid out nicely, easy to access, and beautifully displayed. Staff is friendly. They greet you when you enter the store and are helpful if you need anything.

Pretty rude female staff member when we visited on 4/5/23. I only asked to see one shoe in one size and her response to my "thank you" was "Yep." No assistance whatsoever and basically felt like I was an inconvenience.

Don't waste your time going to this store. Customer service is terrible! I originally went in just to get a gift card, and decided to try on a few shoes. One girl tried to help me, but every time she went back to get me a pair of shoes she got stuck at the register. Two other employees were just wandering around doing nothing. Both saw me just standing there, waiting, and no one even bothered to try and help me. I was looking to buy two pair of shoes and ended up just getting the gift card. Disinterested employees who don't care about their customers. I'd rather shop online and deal with online returns. It's way easier!

They sell all their dunks/limited releases straight to resellers. Manager doesn’t even put them on the shelf. Terrible!
