“Broke my iPhone 11 screen’s glass completely late this afternoon, and iRepair Cell & Tablets was one of the top rating repair store nearby. Since they closed Sunday (and it’s Saturday today), I called to make sure they have part and can accommodate my quick drop in. I arrived 15 min before closing, and the store owner (named Yama) quickly got me in and out in less than 10 min! He was super friendly in person, and also when I called him beforehand. My iPhone screen look and feel like new and as responsive as OEM part. Would definitely come here again if any problems with my electronic devices!”

Also seemed like they forgot about us , had to keep calling about when part was arriving, then the last time they said oh the parts been here for a few days.
Despite that, the tech who worked on my son’s switch took the time to explain what he did and I could tell he spent some time on fixing it correctly.
We are satisfied with the results”

“Robert was awesome he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with an activated phone after spending 3 hours texting att customer service app people . I was frustrated and annoyed getting no where with their chat representative. If Robert would not have asked me if I had signed in. My wait would have been a few hours.
ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!

“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! They really take customer service seriously!!! Go to them you won’t be disappointed!!!”

Also I’m only paying 125$ a month for 5 lines. Sounds like a great deal to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the activation fee is high and they could only waive 2 for me.”

“This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!”

“Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.”
“Jurrell is a true asset to this store. My phone provider is with T-Mobile but, I needed a Business phone so I bundled At&T wifi, landline and a mobile phone. I tried to set up my mobile phone. Exhausted all efforts. I walked into this store and Jurrell patiently and very politely helped get my phone activated. He troubleshot all the problems. He not once showed any annoyance or aggravation. I have been with T-Mobile for many years but, I have to admit I might just change my personal phone provider. “Rohan was amazing! We came in for a device change and an upgrade and Rohan took the time to help us and was super patient. It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running. Overall 5 stars for Rohan!”

After spending over an hour on the phone frustrated with ATT Help and the lack of knowledge I was getting, I made a visit to this store and was helped by the manager Kevin. He listened to the problems I was having with my change in phone subscriptions and the poor experience I was getting. Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and friendly in the way he helped me. “I went to this store for my new iphone 15 pro max pick up on exchange of my 11 pro max. The store quickly got the new phone out and there was a representative who stayed with me through the process to ensure all formalities are done properly and as required.
I traded in my 11 pro max for $ 250 here after using for 4 years and 6 months. Pretty decent value return.
Since my friend is an apple employee also got a 15% discount on the phone.
OVerall a great buy and a good store experience here.”
