Referred to this firm by GEICO to get a body repair estimate after a GEICO insured person hit our new Honda Odyssey. They disassembled the left panels of our vehicle & then demanded nearly $500 to reassemble it to try to force us to use their shop!

I am shocked that this is a Tesla approved auto shop. Someone dinged my car in the parking lot and had my car in the shop for two weeks. When I picked up my car I inspected of the outside as the work they did was on the passenger side of the bumper. Little did I realize that they had removed parts of my car for another vehicle that most likely needed to go out. There was foot prints on the back seat and grease stains all over the inside of the car. I am not sure what business they had inside the car, but I had to come back so they could replace the sun visor hooks and they left holes! See the pictures for yourself and please think twice about coming here.

I hate leaving a place bad review but I feel like people need to be aware of what they are walking in to. The original estimate changed two times ultimately doubling the original quote.

Recently I had the terrible experience at Crash Collision and I regret the idea of leaving my car there. Basically it was my insurance #Geico who scheduled me a visit to fix some of the minor damages that I received thru a hit-and-run car on I-101N. Instead of fixing the damage, the car is completely ruined now because of these crashers at #CrashChampionsCollision - I'm sure they known as the Champions in ruining cars which the customer could only understand after trusting them as their mechanic. When I left the car, the man sitting in his office did some markings with the pink and yellow markers and asked me to remove the stuff since the bumper will be replaced. Due to car rental issues, I was unable to leave the car but #Geico scheduled me again while #CrashChampionsCollision kept on asking me to come back which I had come to realize that only a merchant who know they have a bad reputation will call the customers to ask them to come in. Anyway - I went back again, left the car and got my rental from #EnterpriseIt took 2-weeks for #CrashChampionsCollision to let me know the complete cost and my insurance deductibles. I wonder what were they doing for 2-weeks? Planning to defraud me?

This company is horrible. My car was in this shop for 3 months and finally got repaired. now I cannot open my trunk with my key. I called and let them Know and was told to come In and they would fix it. When I arrived I was then told that the tech installed an incorrect part and that would have to order the correct one and call me once it arrived so that they can fix it. I have yet to receive a call. Now here it is almost three months and still no call. I have called multiple times and was told I would get called back within minutes, Still no call. Now when I call no one answers. I have also reported this to their corporate office and was told I would receive a call and still no call. I am now left with an incomplete repair and will probably have to come out of pocket to get my car fixed or seek out legal action to have this resolved since no one from this company communicating with me to fix this issue that is clearly their fault. Do not send you car here for repairs because they are unprofessional and put parts on your car that are not compatible.Services: General repairs & maintenance

It seems to me that the transition between Mike's auto body to Crash champions did not go very well. The communication system was lacking including no follow-up calls/notification about the repair status of your car. My car sat in the shop for nearly 1 month without any progress. They had poor communication with my insurance and each time I call, they keep saying "we don't have the notice of assignment." It took 6 weeks before I got my car for a minor paint repair, that should have been done in less than 1 week. The only positive thing I can say is Rubin, the new manager. He acknowledged my frustration and apologized for all the miscommunication. He made sure that I got reimbursed for my out-of-pocket fees for my rental car. Rubin also double checked my car to verify that it was cleaned/dusted and the paint job was done correctly. Rubin truly saved this experience. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service.

Rubin and the team did a fantastic job fixing a poor job on a door of my Tahoe done by another shop! they all went above and beyond making everything perfect, clean and faster than original commitment. extremely clean shop with professional attitude! Great experience! 5 stars for sure!!thank you!!

I drop off my car for repair on 09/12/2022 and waiting for all parts arrived on 11/11/2022. The manager told me need two weeks to repair. After two weeks I call body shop he told me need another two weeks. After another two weeks I call again he told me need another two weeks. Today is 01/20/2023. This auto body shop still did not finish repair my car. The manager said he will call me back but he didn’t. He promised me I can pick up my car today but I still didn’t receive his call. I don’t know how long I have to wait for just repair side door. I have DMV SMOG check due on 02/01/2023. I don’t recommend this auto body shop to everyone who need to repair their car unless you can wait 5 months to repair your car.

I was referred to them by my insurance, I used their online tool to book my appointment, when I arrived, they didn't have my appointment in their system and blamed me, I then waited 30 minutes for an estimate being the only person there. They didn't provide the written estimate until 5 days later, and once I tried to make an appointment to move forward with the quote they said they weren't accepting appointments because they were overbooked. It was a total waste of time. I can't speak towards their repair work obviously but their service is very poor and unorganized.
