“I hate shopping. Especially at the outlets. Shopping in this store has changed my mind a bit about it. I went to the vans store for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing selection of shoes for Toddlers. Most stores have very little for infants/toddlers but they have a huge selection. The great customer service was unexpected since most employees at other stores seem annoyed you are there and often sigh deeply when you ask them a question or need help. Or they racially profile you and follow you around or eye you suspiciously as though you’re trying to steal. Alison was super helpful and friendly. It’s a very clean and organized store even on the weekend when it was busy. I’ll definitely be back.”

He helped my daughter get the perfect fit from the length to the waist size and also showed us options to order online when they don't have something. Joseph delivered, hands down, the best customer service I have had in a long time. He shows that he cares about the customer leaving knowing they made a purchase they won't regret. “Jack is amazing! I was in pursuit of a particular Etro bag. Once I arrived at the store, Jack showed me a selection of bags he had, thoroughly explaining features When I mentioned I had a particular look in mind, he spent hours searching for a selection of bags that met my criteria from inventory, carefully detailed sizes to make sure what I was not able to physically touch would meet my requirements. He did all of this with a smile on his face...and he found what I wanted within a couple of days. Extremely friendly, genuine person, and extremely hard-working! I cannot say enough good things about Jack! If I could give him 10 stars I would.”
“I came across a beautiful peacoat while perusing their Walnut Creek store location while visiting family in Northern California for the holidays. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted that coat as it was the first one I tried on and I like to shop around.Fast forward to a month later and after trying on more than 20 coats from all sorts of designers, I was certain that I wanted the specific R&G jacket, but I couldn't find it in my size online or at any southern California location.I called the Walnut Creek store and one of their reps, Nikki, was so gracious and helpful. Between shipping and payment logistics, it wasn't the easiest transaction to coordinate, but Nikki totally took care of me.So big shout out to Nikki and kudos to Rodd and Gunn for doing an excellent job fostering great customer service. Most socks were on sale for $9.98 USD to $17.98 USD. Great selection of their performance sock line. You won’t find Stance stuff cheaper.Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have a dressing room to try on clothes.- 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality, freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life.- Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I’ve seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material.”
“If you're into fashion this is a must stop. The clothes are expensive but the prices are discounted. Ted's men clothes are made in the skinny side so make sure to try everything on before buying. There was a lady's coat there that was cheaper at the Bloomingdale's. Weird. Go in take a look but as normal , buyer beware. Know your prices. Great store to grab a garment or two.”
