The store manager there was extremely rude refuse to do a return. After the holiday I would think the store would be helpful and ready to return items. Will not shop there again!!!!!

The male store manager was extremely rude and would not process my return. I had to call the customer support to help me return my items while I stood in front of him. The phone service person was able to process and emailed me what I thought was a return label( and the manager would not print nor still process my return). He told me I needed to print it out myself. After I drove home to print out my shipping labelI realized that it was a "return slip", not a shipping label. I Had to call the customer service again to get a shipping label. I live an hour away. The trouble and rudeness from this store manager made me feel so disrespected. I love Madewell, but this disrespect made me realize that I would rather spend my money somewhere else. I will no longer spend my hard earned money there, if management is treating me or anyone else like that. What happened to customer service and kindness?

Went into this store for the first time today. The customer service was top notch! Clothes were great quality. Will definitely be back!!

I love the brand madewell and the quality of clothes you get for the price. It is up there in price with places like jcrew and banana republic but the clothes are more casual than the business and formal clothes at jcrew or banana republic. What's unfortunate about this store is the incorrect operation hours they have online versus at the actual store. Online on their official website and Google states they are open till 8. I got here at 7:25 and they were all closed up. They have a sign on their door with the actual store hours which I forgot to take a picture of. Just keep in mind before making the trip that they close earlier than what is listed.

Online shopping is my go-to nowadays, but if I knew every in-person shopping experience was going to be like the one I had today, I would shop in-person way more often. I was helped today by Priya, and she was so helpful and kind. I felt like I had a personal shopping assistant. Trying on jeans is not always super fun, but she made me feel great and helped me find items that were the best fit. I will definitely be coming back.

I believe not only in a good product but also a good customer service. I came to the store to show the manager there is a glitch in their system. I bought a pair of tennis shoes and when I press the circle choosing green, it changes the show black. Sadly I didn't noticed this when I bought the shoes. I drove 20 miles to request a change of color and he was so unflexsible. His answer was look at what you purchased before you pay. Thankfully I used pay-pal and they will fix the problem. Horrible customer service! In time like this when we are actually trying to support his store.

Great layout and selections. But it seems every time I enter and visit this location there is not a single hello from any of the workers. So I'll keep my business at the Santana Row location instead.

I got a earring from here and I LOVE them. They have stayed on in the pool and are such good quality. I definitely recommend the jewelry from here!!

Customer service here is phenomenal! Jenny went above and beyond in terms of helping me today. She spent hours trying to figure out why the system wouldn’t take my gift card but in the end her perseverance won and somehow she got the transaction to work. I truly have never experienced such dedication from an employee anywhere and I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks Jenny!!

Love how this Madewell is more like a boutique than the others. They have more sizes than the other stores since it isn't as high traffic. The employees all greeted me and tended to my needs. I'll definitely be returning for more Madewell goodies!!

Customer service is literally nonexistent. The three workers chatted amongst themselves the whole time while other shoppers and I walked around. Not one asked a customer if they could help out. Instead they talked to each other about their weekend plans. Also, they were messily dressed and busy checking their cell phones. Avoid this store.
