  The convenience of your store no longer matters to me as you have extremely rude employees. I have had multiple issues. They act as if they hate their jobs and don't want to do anything other than be at the register. If I ask for anything that is within reaching distance, it appears to be an annoyance.
  
  I'M DONE! I WILL DO ALL I CAN TO SPEND AS FEW DOLLARS AS I CAN AT THIS STORE. IT HAS THE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH.
  
  I understand that workers are hard to find, so I give slack since the pandemic.
  
  Let's talk about the lack of customer service. I arrived at the store and walked to the North entrance. The doors do not open automatically. I push on the door, nothing.
  
  I do my shopping as I am at the self-checkout Michelle walks near me.
  
  I say excuse me the doors (pointing to the north doors) are not working.
  
  Her response: oh, it's locked. We close it at 7.
  
  I say well you should probably put a sign on it.
  
  Her: I have been doing it for over a year, and it's never been a problem.
  
  Me: Well, it's a problem now it should have a sign. I have shopped after 7 many times, and they usually place something in front of the door to indicate that it is locked.
  
  Another customer makes a comment about how bad the customer service is. We talk about how rude the employees are, and the only reason we are there is because of the convenience.
  
  As I am walking out, she says something under her breath. I come back and say, Excuse me, are you saying something to me? She points at a customer and says I was talking to him.
  
  I put my groceries in my car. I am so upset that I go back in to ask her name. I clearly surprised her because she was talking to another employee she sees me stops talking, then mumbles something. I asked her name and left.

  I purchased a can of crab meat at $16.99. It smelled disgusting when I opened the can! I was planning to return it but I didn’t have time. I had to trashed it outside of my house. So disappointed………!

  Don’t know what’s happening to this store. Yesterday I came to find spoiled fruits and frozen products way past its expiring date. Also, staff was overworked and couldn’t handle the demand of customers.

  Decided to come back to this store and try it again looks like they got rid of the manager that yelled at all the employees in front of the customers.

  A rude cashier and sometimes tags are old, and I faced issues during checkout.

  Dublin cashier and bagger were not the friendliest. They don't take recyclable plastic bags that can only be recycled via a grocery store. I only come here for the Signature non-fat Greek Yogurt and Quaker Oats cereal but today I did not see 3 of the Quaker brand that I get so maybe it is time to shop at Nob Hill/Raley's or even Safeway.

  It’s better than the Chinese 99 store and has more discounts, but if you look at Asians, the products are lacking.

  The store was great, as always. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a half gallon of Egg Nog. I did notice in the past view years that Egg Nog has been hard to find. I was also disturbed that the restroom was not very handicap accessible. The door did not have a remote door opener and the door was very heavy. And the stall door had a broken lock and another lock was very difficult to lock because the door frame was unsteady.
