Recently bought sectional sofa. Been looking out for it for past six months.
Umida at this store location had provided great care and followups and helped us choose the best option which aligned without our liking as well.

product is underwhelming.
Mountain of massive fedex boxes delivered to house.
Beware: 100% assembly required. The assembly process will turn your family into a small non-paid sweatshop on behalf of the company.
If you order a large sectional, plan on a significant amount of time breaking down the cardboard into small enough chunks to fit into your recycling container. Its is so much cardboard that it takes weeks to get rid of. When we asked about this the assistant told us...tough dooky... that it was in the contract we signed electronically.
product not worth our time and the "cost savings" after including our sweat equity invested into assembly and disposal would advise... just buy a real couch.

Needed to replace our old couch since the kids are 7 and 9. Went into Love Sac and Sarah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. When I was making my purchase, I wanted to make sure that she got a commission since she went above and beyond to answer all our questions and gave us ideas for the different configurations with and without the speaker experience. Turns out She does NOT get a commission and just enjoyed being so amazing! I ended up buying $$$$$ so LoveSac, you need to promote Sarah! She’s an asset to your company!

5 stars for Chey who helped my fiancé and I find our dream couch. Right when we came in Chey gave us all the information we needed and made sure we understood the difference between all of Lovesac's options. We've had our couch for two days now and couldn't be happier. Thank you, Chey for your outstanding customer service!

I was window shopping, needing a couch and just wanted to get information. The staff was so helpful I wound up purchasing that day. Sarah was so helpful and patient showing me different configurations with the blocks so I could get an idea of what I needed so I didn't buy more than what I needed.Such a great team. Sarah gave me tips on what to expect through the process. They even helped me work through the financing. I will definitely keep adding to my original purchase.

Mike and team in San Ramon are the best! If you want great customer service, go see Mike or his team. I’ve been in there a few times to make purchases and Mike is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He always answers all of my questions and it’s always been a great experience! I will definitely be back!

Everybody was super helpful and patient with us. I will say be prepared to put this stuff together. I am putting together our sactional by myself and it’s taken 5 hours so far. The sides are the hardest to do.

San Ramon Love Sac is has amazing customer service and although we had to have a few items exchanged they took care of us asap and would recommend and shop again at this store anytime. Mike was so helpful!!

Went in with my girlfriend. Was looking at possibly a sofa or a sac. Got a hello and that was it. I had to ask from across the room what size it was they answered and that was it. I even tried to make it obvious we’re moving and need a sofa or a sac and even said “I don’t know if I want a sac or a sofa to my girlfriend what’s the difference between the two like why should we choose this one over that?” And “the speakers in the sofa are cool I wonder how they work” nobody offered to help . There were 2 workers we were the only ones there… after this they seemed annoyed that we were in there. Won’t be purchasing a Lovesac or encouraging any of my friends to even look at their products after this. They don’t care about the customer.

Best service and sales experience. I went into the store a couple of times before making my purchase and each time Mike worked with me, answered all my questions, went over all my options and went above and beyond. Came in today and the employees snapped at me after I asked a question, and then said out of nowhere said "we don't get commission ...we're just here to help you." What? Then I had to think back and asses if I said something that triggered that comment in the 5 minutes I had been in the store. No I didn't. I spent most of my time trying to understand their strange non-customer service like behaviors. I lost interest in the sofas once they treated me like I was a burden. Another female employee appeared annoyed at my questions and turned her back mid sentence. Had to walk on eggshells. Weird looks, turning around and walking away before sentences are finished. Too emotionally draining for a light Sunday afternoon shopping no trip. Won't return.
