Right when we came in Chey gave us all the information we needed and made sure we understood the difference between all of Lovesac's options. Mike and team in San Ramon are the best! If you want great customer service, go see Mike or his team. I’ve been in there a few times to make purchases and Mike is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He always answers all of my questions and it’s always been a great experience! I will definitely be back!
