East to retrieve an appointment online, friendly, hard-working, and efficient staff. So much better than the competitor that starts with a Q. (I visited them Locally in Safeway last week).

Does not deserve the negative reviews it's been getting. I found the person who helped me at the front desk and the person who took my blood to be extremely kind and respectful!
