My experience was like Nancy's review. I arrived. Parked out front and walked in to find worker sitting in lobby on a chair. Wasn't sure if he was a customer. Then he said if you want service pull around to the back. I did so and advised I was there for brake fluid change. I said I had a quote and was told on phone no appointment needed. Just drive in first come first served. So I arrive and they tell me since the manager is not there today they could not do the requested service. I drove over 10 miles to specially get this service fine there. I was not impressed by one of the employees for sure. They said I could return tomorrow, I advised I would not be returning. What happened to customer service.

There's nothing like a first impression! I pulled up to Jiffy Lube for my first time ever to get two services done. I saw two employees off the side of the building just chatting. I walked inside the office and there was no one inside!? I was in there about five minutes and finally I had to come out and call for them to come and help me! Someone with a name tag of Jason was vague about the price of the services and told me that the prices that are on the wall are not current! I suggested they have the manager take care of that because that's misleading to the customer. I go to a nearby mechanic shop that is a five star, and I went to Jiffy Lube today just to get a basic services done that would be much less expensive than going to the shop. Well, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for! They were unprofessional when my car was ready. I walked over to the car and the window was down in the door is wide open and the guys are standing at the side of the building again smoking! Terribly allergic to cigarettes smoke, and that smell was in my car and I called them on it! No apologies! Total disrespect for me and my vehicle! And they had dirty mechanic hands all over my door handle. They did not make me feel welcome, and they did not make me feel comfortable and secure with what they were doing. I'd rather pay the price and stick with the shop that really communicates with me and acknowledges me when I arrive, etc. I will never return to Jiffy Lube.

The facility seems understaffed. One man, Antonio (who is excellent - give him a RAISE), ran around doing half of the jobs, so the wait time was long. But the work was performed well.

Got an oil change here, my boyfriend had done oil changes on the car the last 4 or 5 times since we've had the car and there was no problem but we were in a hurry to get one done and decided to come here. That was the first mistake, the price was definitely not worth the service. On top of that, the car was not put together properly? The metal piece is supposed to go above the plastic but it was placed underneath and as we drove away it fell and was scraping the ground. Went back and the one younger employee apologized, but no apology or remorse from the manager. It was a simple mistake but we were confused how this could've been done. As I said we were in a hurry so this was just a bit ridiculous. Will be taking my business to Primer Auto Services across the freeway where my dad has been taking his car for years without a problem.

So I went to this jiffy lube a few months back and it was the service manager who completed my oil change just to make sure I didn't get bad service he offered it. Did a awesome job made sure skid plate was on correctly too. I call this morning and ask for the same guy that service my vehicle and an Antonio picks up the phone really rude after I ask for that manager let me know he no longer works there. It's the fact he was rude about it not " I can help you and my service might be better"but just completely rude. I wouldn't take my vehicle here anymore even if my life depended upon it BEWARE jiffy lube has a lot of young workers who aren't experienced in vehicle maintenance. "I got time today"

I have been going to the one on Camino Ramon for 20+yrs. The other day I went there. The gentlemen ask me for my name. I gave it to him. He then asked for my address. I poloitely declined. He then asked me for my cell number and email. I again politely declined. He then spoke to someone, and came back and said they can't service my truck unless I give him this information. I told him I have coming here since 2002, and I have never had to give my peeonal info.They denied serving my truck unless I gave them my address, phone number and email. I don't know why they need all this to change my oil.

Since this Jiffy Lube location is close to Costco, I decided to get my oil changed there. At 8.50am on Sunday, I was the first customer, and Jason gave me an estimate for the signature service full synthetic oil change, which includes interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and fluid inspection and replenishment. I was asked if I would like the cabin air filter changed for $15.99, but the estimate was $60. He pulled out the filter from the trash can and kept it in the car when I politely declined to pay $60. My car was out of the shop in five minutes after the oil was changed. I asked them if they vacuumed and washed the windows. The reply was that when there are only two of us working, we don't clean it. After I requested that you deduct the services from the total that are part of the signature service, he reluctantly pulled the car back and cleaned it badly it as if it was a favor. Customer service like this spoils your whole day, no matter what industry you work in. Stay away from there and go somewhere else instead

Completely dissatisfied! Came back after they had not tightened oil filter and oil was all over the driveway and engine compartment several months ago, figured everyone needs a second chance. Today upon arriving I was specific when asking to fill transmission fluid due to a leak that recently got repaired and they assured me they would but 118$ later they failed to check and topped off. Upon further inspection by me they also failed to check and top off power steering fluid as it was also low. Apparently they advised that they don’t carry power steering fluid but they listed it as level okay! I could tell by the dust on the cap that no one had even touched it. What happened to integrity and providing the service that you advertised? 5+ years of loyalty and I was treated like poorly for even mentioning that not all was checked.My small business fleet of 6 vehicles will be taken to another business that appreciates our business.

Totally disapointed! Went for an oil change on 11/28/23 and told the gentleman checking me in that I recently repaired a leaking transmission and that my fluid was low in transmission fluid and he ensured me that they would check that. 118$ and 20 minutes later the invoice read Transmission fluid "okay", that's impossible I checked it myself and I know it was low! I asked them to check it again while I watched and it indeed was low! WTF?? Upon further inspection the power steering fluid was also low but invoice said level was "okay" and you could see by dust on cap that no one even touched the cap!! We have a small business here in Danville and have brought our fleet of 6 vehicles here for 5+ years, unfortunately not anymore! I asked for power steering fluid top off and was told they didn't carry it. WHAT? I voiced my dissatisfaction and frustration and the manager responded with " sorry to hear that". If your reading this I would consider using another service center for oil changes as we are. We deserve better for our hard earned $.

No longer do they lure you in with their $27.99 price, because they can't offer that any longer. I pay over $120 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil...ouch! Why do I go here then? * They have online coupons (like 15% off) * They are fair about suggesting what else they find and can charge for * They are open 7 days a week. Sweet! No need for an appointment. * Depending their workload, they turn your car around in less than an hour. Perhaps the best thing about choosing a Jiffy Lube is that there are so many of them around the country. In between oil changes, if you ever need your tires checked/filled, water for your wipers filled, a little oil -- they'll fill'er up for freeeeeeee. It's a necessary evil, and they do it with a smile. Thumbs up. PS. This location no longer has a coffee machine. PSS. And, they don't have a vending machine either!

The car is now running great. Overall excellent service and results. Honest and sincere, smart and hardworking. I dropped in without an appointment. Very pleased but I must add not all Jiffy Lubes are as great as the San Ramon, CA shop. I lucked out. Thank you very much. Your team here is phenomenal!
