This is the worst customer service place I've ever encountered. After doing my taxes with H&R Block for the last five years or so I encountered something I never thought I would. In fact my potential tax person hung up on me because I told her about how disappointing I was about the service. Don't go here if you want to get what you pay for remember this is not a free service

The return filing has been extremely smooth with every minute detail taken care. I never had such a good experience. The expert help from H\\u0026R Block was extremely good. I have changed my many years of experience that filing tax returns is a nightmare. With the assistance received from the expert, I did not face any problems and realized that one should take the help of H\\u0026R Block. Because of the updated knowledge of tax laws, the expert saved me a lot of money which I am entitled to but was not aware of that. The payment of professional fees is worth it.

Not a good service starting with connecting my name with my relative in another state( her name is shilini) Later on, i went to the store and the one I was acheduled to work with told me that it's hard to prepare my taxes and she wasn't prepared. Not pleasant!

I returned to Glory Holmes at Gateway Plaza in Dublin/San Ramon. She did both my late Mother's and my taxes. I like her easy-going manner, her friendly attitude, not stressed or trying to get you done and out. I felt she spent as much time as was necessary. The tax prep charges are a bit high but after doing my own taxes for years I'm not used to it. I felt it was fair.

I purchased a condo in March 2021 so I will have to have my taxes done next year to ensure they're done correctly. I heard about Gloria Holmes in Dublin, CA and found her to be an extremely pleasant person to work with. I got started with her this year so that we'd have some history for my next taxes in 2022. I thought the cost was a bit high for the amount of work - I got the standard deduction - but I still think it was worth it.
