The drivers are beyond stupid! Can’t even use a simply key pad to get into my apartment building! Second time they reschedule my delivery!

This is the worst delivery company that I have ever encountered. Tried calling their customer service that no one answers. STAY AWAY

Delivered timely, but courier just left package on the street near entrance two apartments complex. It’s a first time delivery doesn’t use luxor boxes, or not bring it to apartments.Very insecure
