Very bad customer service, the hair cut lady didn’t know the basics of hair cut and just blaming back on the customers.Very sad place, never coming back here again.I hope I could give less than a 1 star.

The Asian lady turned my back from the mirror , first red flag. Didn’t talk, didn’t check in with me about the length during the cut. But whatever it’s just hair. I know if it was someone else who absolutely cherished their hair they would’ve been grieving. Also when I stood up she still tried to cut my hair even more while I was standing which is like wow. You can’t see/finish my hair clearly from the chair? Not skilled. Don’t know how this lady has a “license,” no type of customer service. Never again. I could’ve cut my hair myself and done better.

The hair cut was not what we asked for. It was too much on one side and too less on the other. The size was also not correct.Service: Kids' cuts

Mary, who is the assistant manager is the rudest person i have ever seen. She doesn't deserve to be a assistant manager. I checked in the app, and it showed me that there is a 69 min wait. And that it will text me 15 min prior to the appointment. I showed up on time. And I looked at the kiosk in store didn't see my name. So Mary rudely asked if I checked in. I said no. I said I don't see my name on the kiosk. Then again very rudely asked if I checked in ( with attitudes like I didn't understand her) I said I checked in the app over a hour ago, and I was texted 15min ago to go to the store and I'm here. She started the angry type on the computer screen. And that is when I asked her, what is with the attitude. She stared to-get angrier. And said I'll have some one else cut your hair. And that she is leaving. She got her stuff and stormed out of the store. I know I can't be the first person she has talked to like this. My son was in a week prior and she said the same thing. I would say people stay clear of this store. Of all people the Assistant manager has the worst attitude. It's not like she was doing me a favor. I'm a paying customer. Every one deserves respect. But Mary missed that boat. Sorest experience ever.

TL;DR: an employee literally yelled, yes YELLED, at a customer, then kicked them out of the store. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had. I’m sure others will post to corroborate this situation. The store does not respect the online queuing system.A customer walked in after checking in online. She was texted, just like I was, and told to come in as she was at the front of the queue. The employee that said that she couldn’t accommodate the customer because the business was closing in 30 minutes. The customer was second behind me and my son. The customer was asking why she was called in and other walk-in customers were ahead of her. The employee told the customer that she should have come in 1 hour earlier at the moment she checked in. Writer’s note: That defeats the purpose of an app that allows online check in to a queue. The conversation devolved into the employee yelling at the customer then kicking her out. When I stepped in to explain that the customer was correct the employee kicked me and my son out as well.As a result, another customer was so disgusted by this behavior, they also just walked out.I have been a loyal customer of the Fremont Osgood location for years. Sadly, this location is absolutely horrible. If you are the owner of the location, please reach out to me and I will share the video so that you can correct the situation here.

TL;DR Employee yelled and kicked me out of the store for checking in online. I go to Great Clips because I like their online check-in policy which saves my time. Here is a link to Great clips online check-in policy. They clearly mention that "with Online Check-In®, you can put your name on the list from anywhere - meaning the time you might spend in the lobby can be spent at home or crushing errands. By the time you walk into the salon your name will be at or near the top of the list!" As usual today I went to the store as soon as I got a text message from Great Clips. When I went there, I was at number 2 in the waiting list. But there was an employee who said that she can't take me because I have to be there one hour before my appointment and wait in the lobby, which completely defeats the purpose of online check-in. She kept arguing with me rudely and then she slammed the door on me and kicked me out of the store. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I hope Great Clips would take further action on her. Posting her picture below.

Horrible service, lady was super rude and not understanding simple requests. Another customer came in, number 2 on the online queue and she asked to get her hair cut after me (number one on queue), and she immediately told her that she can't cut her hair, there's no time (an hour before closing). She REASONABLY and calmly asked to get her hair cut again, and tried to explain that she queued online an hour previous, but the barber kept cutting her off and belittling her. The lady no. 2 in queue asked to speak to the manager, who according to the lady was out. I was called up, ALMOST got my hair cut until she literally slammed the door on the other lady after forcing her to leave for making a reasonable request. She came back to me, clippers in hand, ready to cut my hair despite not really listening to my description that I wanted, and she looked very distracted and annoyed. When my father came up and told the lady that the customer was correct, the lady told us to leave and didn't cut my hair. Long story short, didn't get my hair cut, kicked out, going to Super Clips basically across the street. TLDR; Rude barber doesn't know how an online queue works, so she spends a solid half hour arguing with the customer and then kicks them out.
