Very bad customer service, the hair cut lady didn’t know the basics of hair cut and just blaming back on the customers.Very sad place, never coming back here again.I hope I could give less than a 1 star.

Great clips used to be the spot where you go if you need a simple hair cut, keeping expectations low. Hence why I been going to this great clips for several years now. Most recently, standards have gotten even lower. Many stylist do not appear to have any experience whatsoever, they do not express confidence when being told how I want my hair cut (simple low fade 0 to 2), nothing off the top. Without diving into my several bad experiences, moving forward, I recommend only allowing the stylist you had positive experiences with to cut your hair, everyone else who is unfamiliar should be avoided or at your own risk.

Worst experience ever in this salon. I have been bringing my son to this salon for over 5 yrs now and have always had the best experience, but not today. Gina, the Hair stylist, scratched my son while cutting and didn't give him a clean cut at the back, and when pointed out, she started arguing, blaming me, and behaving rude. Beware if you get her... Also, to the customer before me, she did not know how to use her systems technology. She was on FaceTime with her manager and I had to help her with a transaction for ANOTHER customer. Super unprofessional. To end this experience, after pointing out my sons scratch to her, she snapped at me asking me what more I wanted since she already gave me a discount. A discount that I got from a coupon! Never coming back. Great clips San Ramon lost a customer!

The Asian lady turned my back from the mirror , first red flag. Didn’t talk, didn’t check in with me about the length during the cut. But whatever it’s just hair. I know if it was someone else who absolutely cherished their hair they would’ve been grieving.Also when I stood up she still tried to cut my hair even more while I was standing which is like wow. You can’t see/finish my hair clearly from the chair? Not skilled. Don’t know how this lady has a “license,” no type of customer service. Never again. I could’ve cut my hair myself and done better.

horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i took my daughter here for a trim but instead the lady just chopped off her hair. we clearly said 'keep the length' and even showed her a picture and agreed to do it. the lady looked loss and was struggling with the scissors. she ended up handing my daughter off to her colleague for helppppp. all we kept hearing was 'im so sorry'. this was unacceptable and by far the worse experience. my daughters hair was down to her waist, now its to her upper back. i don't believe the lady was experienced or had any knowledge whatsoever.

NEW MANAGEMENT! I was skeptical to come back here but then I saw the sign that there was new owners so decided to give them a try! I'm so happy I did because both my daughter and I had great haircuts! I had Kristen and my daughter had Jeri! We will definitely make this our haircut spot again !

Apparently you cannot make an appointment traditionally. Instead the guy named Rafe or Ray just said to get the app, when I said I didn't have the app, he said so do I. Then he hung up. So if you want a terrible service where they don't help you, this is the place to go. I bet you they probably cut hairs terrible as well.

Absolutely terrible, it looks like you have a 4 years saftey scissor and a 5 min dyi haircut video and a line of cracks and told him to go buck wild. It's so bad I don't even want to take a picture. AND THEY CHARGE $22 FOR THIS, not worth at all.
