Really worst. The fedex guy refused to take the lithium battery return by saying we won't take hazardous things. Also I had return label from the seller. Other fedex has accepted it but it's longer distance from here.

I just came in today to scan 28 pages and put them on my USB drive. The copier I was using would not allow me to download to USB. When I asked one of the staff to help me, he suggested that I email them first and then pick the USB function later which resulted in me being charged $16 for something I didn't need. The copier malfunctioned again and I asked for a refund at which point he simply stated "you should go to UPS store" and "you disrespected me and we're done". He then walked alway and went outside to smoke a cigarette . I lost my money and felt insulted by this man's actions. He does not belong in a customer service role at any job. I went outside and asked his name he said "don't worry about it" his coworker said his name was Bobby. Attached is a photo of the store and the employee smoking and hiding from my camera. At no point was I rude or disrespectful to anyone here and I deserve a refund. The employee needs to be fired for his actions.

*Terrible Experience with FedEx Printing Services - Avoid at All Costs!*
I have had multiple bad experiences with this FedEx location, and it's not just the service—it's the people. The staff has humiliated me, screamed, and yelled at me for no reason whatsoever. Despite the fact that they clearly need more business, I tried to help them, but it looks like they don't need or appreciate it.
The self-service printing machines are a nightmare—many of them are either broken or malfunctioning, and the ones that "work" frequently give errors and don’t print as expected. When I asked for assistance, I was screamed at and told to pay even before I even saw the printed paper. I was treated as though I was going to run off with the papers without paying—yes, while in my wheelchair. It's outrageous!
Every single staff member I've encountered here has been ill-mannered, and their behavior is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. You’ll thank me later.
If you enjoy paying and getting humiliated, then sure, you know where to go! Otherwise, stay far, far away from this place.

It’s wild that people come on here to complain about a blurry passport photo. It’s incredibly out of touch especially considering everything going on. If you feel like you got bad service it’s because you were probably not very kind to your service people. I’m really sick of people coming on here acting like the employees unprovoked will not be kind to them. I’m sure that you walked in feeling entitled, gave them attitude and absolutely got the service you deserved. The fact that you posted that review thinking people would just side with you is literally gross. You clearly did whatever you did to deserve that and nobody has any sympathy for you. FedEx locations the most convenient from Danville and from the freeway in San Ramon. They have the largest area for making print copies and dropping off for FedEx to pick up. The staff is pleasant up here with special orders from presentations to finding the printing large projects. I like this facility, because there is more than one person there to help.

Went in here around 5pm on a Saturday to pick up boxes for a shipment but didn't know what size box to get. It wasn't that busy. Only two workers.While I was looking at boxes from the counter, Ben came out and asked me how he can help. He asked me what kind of items I'll be shipping and the weight and took out boxes that he thought might work. He was even kind enough to give me quotes for all of the boxes. I ended up buying what I needed! FedEx is always fairly priced and dependable.Thanks Ben for the awesome service!

Drew was extremely helpful, polite, upbeat and knowledgeable. I was stressed out trying to get everything together for my Visa application and he helped make everything really smooth and efficient. Definitely recommend this location for good service. The other guys seemed really nice as well.
