For a first time visit they cut exactly how much I asked for. I would have given 5 stars but they went a little too dark on color for roots. No harm no fowl.

Been getting my hair cut here for several years. Jolie does a great job every time. Highly recommend.

Went for a hair cut. She did a good hair cut. But I had a severe itching and redness to the point it's hurting. Either she used it too hard or something wrong with the trimmer. I have never gotten it in prior cuts at other places.
