There people are above and beyond in providing great service. I really appreciate how the staff of this Extended Stay America made our families 4 days stay so pleasant and relaxing. Only one thing is that I didn't like is that they don't have secure WiFi and for that reason I couldn't use my company's VPN, I had to use my phone's hotspot, for that reason I am giving 4 star rating. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service!!

Great hotel and even greater staff. I stay at this hotel for my on call assignments for my job. I never have any issues or complaints about this hotel and staff. Mary is great and always welcomes me. Matt and Veronica are knowledgeable and very kind. Also, there new hire Joanna seems to fit in perfectly with the team and always has a smile on her face. The rooms are kept clean and all electronics work perfectly. The location is great with many restaurants located near by. This hotel is like my second home. I would not want to stay anywhere else. #1 hotel in my book!

Is right next to several good food courts and a costco. Rooms are nice and also affordable, and staff are very kind. Overall a great place to stay

My husband and I are regulars and always come to this extended stay in San Ramon. Very convenient, rooms are always clean, and Matt Sak always provides the best customer service. Very friendly and always makes sure we’re provided with great service.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast offering is limited at the hotel but there isa stárbucks next door.Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping . Public transportation to Bart to get to san francisco available from this location .

Stripped down to the basics for the budget minded traveler who prefers the absolute bare essentials. There’s nothing budget about the price though since there’s definitely better options out there for about the same price, so don’t see much cost savings in picking this hotel, however, I found the staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. My room appeared clean and well maintained. The so called breakfast was a prepackaged muffin, instant oatmeal or breakfast bar and some bland watery coffee.

Our experience has been very good. Very helpful and nice front desk staff. There’s always someone around to help you. I would highly recommend it!
Rooms: I have stayed at the other extended stays in Pleasanton and San Ramon west and every time the rooms were dirty. They had a dirty kitchen and floors, as well as the bedsheets. At this hotel the rooms are spacious and very clean not once have I had any complaints.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Matt and Mary are the best. Rooms are clean and in a great area. Can’t beat the rates, especially for this area. I would be paying at least twice as much at another hotel.
Walkability: One block down are several banks, including Wells Fargo and Chase and Sprouts grocery store, several restaurants, a Pete’s coffee and a couple of fast food places. Costco is directly across the street.
Food & drinks: One of my favorite restaurants in San Ramon is Primavera and it is again across the street in the shopping center with Sprouts grocery store and everything else.

The rooms are spacious. The area is quiet. Staff is nice and friendly.
Food & drinks: Burger King and Costco are less than 4 minutes of walk from hotel.

The rooms are spacious, and clean. Even with four occupants, we still felt that we had our space. Staff is friendly.
