Great customer service! Enterprise has always been the best. Had a smooth experience renting my loaner car for the day and returning it. And Julius was the best! He made the experience so seamless; polite and courteous, he made my day. He took the extra time to give me a ride to my destination and make sure I was taken care of. A plus!

Got a quote for a car but when I went to pick up car the price increased from $25/day to $35/day. Recommend getting a confirmation from them via email or text before you go!!!

Reimbursement came in 18 days not bad. Easy and smooth process and easy staff and management. Kaitlyn was very very pleasant and helpful with every question and request. Will be renting soon

They play with a pricing I book the car online and I called them to make sure if the car available they say we don’t have this kind of cars and we’re gonna change it for you with the same price. After that he told me I have to upgrade from 70 to 1 fifty $ car a day And I have to pay the different and when I come here to receive the car is not the same whatever you told me by phone and when I ask the guy inside for the customer service number to make a complaint, they told me oh you can found it online. Don’t know the number for enterprise customer service , and when I ask them why did you change the price ZC the guy inside? He just get hired new and he didn’t know the price and he didn’t know how to deal with the prices.

Everyone at Enterprise has been amazing to deal with for my last two rentals. Offering me different car options and going the extra mile to get me the type of car I wanted, picking me up from home, checking that I was satisfied, being super nice and friendly - I think this San Ramon location is really special!

Noticed that the reviews are mixed on this YELP page as this one will be too. THE GOOD; 1) Waiting for my vehicle to be repaired - I rented a car from Enterprise in San Ramon CA for over two weeks and thankfully had no mechanical issues. The staff specifically Mgr Kaitlan was friendly and helpful however the negative issues far outweighed the positive. 2) Enterprise picked me up at the body shop (about a mile away) and brought me to their facility where we completed the paperwork. THE BAD: 1) Vehicle reeked with cigarette smoke which had obviously tried to be masked with an awful spray which was unbearable. 2) Was completely out of gas (not even one bar) and was instructed to return it that way however no telling if it may run out of fuel simply trying to get to a pump? It should definitely had been at LEAST at one bar. 3) Completely filthy couldn't even see out of the front or rear windows so obviously had not been through a car wash or even a spray down. 5) It appears that this car was basically dropped off from the last client having not been detailed and not attended to as it should have been. If I had the time to come back in to trade them for another vehicle (if there was even one available) like most of you - I DIDN'T have that kind of time to spend on what should have been done correctly in the first place. The car rental business is a tough competitive one however as a mgr or district manager I would have been embarrassed to provide a car in that type of condition given that I had rented from them many times previously. Thank you.

I had a rental car for four months due to car repairs. I returned car today. Walked in and waited a few minutes for someone to help me. Told them i was returning car and needed a ride back to repair shop about 1 mile away. The young lady walked outside to check car and Reparked the car. I go to walk back inside with her and she said sorry we are closed. There is no one to give you a ride. I asked if anyone left could drop me off about 3-5 minutes away. She checked and said no and locked the door. Left me standing in front waiting for an Uber for 25 minutes so far. Poor service considering how much they made off of my car rental. Left a really bad taste. Definitely did not meet above average service

This location is amazing. I have picked up a vehicle twice from this location and had a great experience both times. Sam is really amazing, has great CS skills and very helpful. TJ helped figured out options when they didn’t have a larger vehicle and was very helpful.

I’m easily giving this location San Ramon Valley five stars. The staff here Kaitlyn, Mason, and Sam was amazing to me and my daughter. Everything I needed with my rental they made it so easy and stress free. Thank you

My insurance company made a reservation for a car for me while mine is getting body work done. Got an confirmation email. I confirmed the reservation for this morning. Received an email that they would pick me up at the shop at 8:15am. No one showed. The body shop called San Ramon and they said he should call Dublin (the body shop is in Dublin). Dublin said he should call San Ramon. San Ramon then said they have a car for me. Nothing about picking me up. Had to Uber to work so I wouldn't be late. Then had to get a ride to the San Ramon office. No explanation (other than "that body shop is on the border of the San Ramon and Dublin offices' territory" What? I don't care.) And no apology. Can't wait to be done with this so I can never deal with them again.
