5 stars for Benton the pharmacist ~he is always cheery, says 'hi' even if he is busy filling orders. He knew my name on (about) the second time I was doing a pick-up!!! (I guess now I am a regular. I would say, I am staying at CVS IS BECAUSE OF BENTON. ~unfortunately, I am not as good with names, but the pretty Indian lady is so sweet & helpful as well Thank You, both ,(laurie). ----------- Two-to-three stars for the main part of the store. Fifty/fifty if you get a 'nice' customer service employee. The two guys-management were very-very nice; there is a new female manager that was totally rude & needs some classes on being polite!!!(3/13/'23 @ 4:04) Also, some items are extremely overpriced... Where others are just a little pricey... but that's what happens at a convenient store

Worst experience ever. Most incompetent people infact no people here to help or serve, they have no idea about anything in the store. All that they would say is "I don't know".Extreme carelessness. And would leave for their breaks without any staff in the store.

This pharmacy is always out crucial medications and the wait times are awful. The customer service is very poor and my prescriptions are usually messed up or only partially filled. One lady there looks at me like I'm a junkie and keeps staring from my id to my face as if I'm trying to do something wrong and explains what I'm getting is a "controlled substance". So unprofessional. Why tf would I be at a pharmacy if I could buy what I was prescribed off the shelf? Awful pharmacy w unprofessional staff.

This is a review of the pharmacy. There is one person tending to all the prescription pickup orders. I've been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. The cashier at the pharmacy may be nice but moves like a snail. What's the point of using the app to prepay if I still have to wait in line to pickup the prescription? It would be great if this location staffed the pharmacy area with one other person. The line is ridiculous. Mind you this is just to pick up and pay for prescriptions.

Photo machine never works when I order photos despite receiving an email saying that my photos are ready for pickup, and the person I asked for help seemed inconvenienced to be doing her job. Probably won't be coming back here despite being the closest location to my house.

I had a great experience at this location, the CVS representative was kind, helpful and took the time to keep me as a customer! The location was clean and well stocked!

Lot of folks are making a run for over the counter cold medicine right now, it is sold out at a lot of stores and pharmacies. I went here to get 28 count Mucinex extra strength. They have it here for $41. It's good that at least they have it but right next door Walmart has the exact same thing for $25.

My favorite CVS Pharmacy in all of San Ramon. It is spacious, clean and with plenty of parking. What I like best about this place is the nice folks who work here, especially Adrian. He is always so helpful, professional, and kind. He anticipates my needs before I can even think of them or ask him. Adrian is not only a great employee, but you can tell an overall good person to know. Thanks for serving our community, Adrian!

Service went downhill and very slow. For prescription drop off they keep you waiting in line even when no one is present.
