Excellent service. If you need a compounded medication for yourself or your pet absolutely worth coming here. Our family has used this pharmacy many times before but today, one of our kitty cats got prescribed a pain medication at the end of the day from her vet, and this pharmacy is going above and beyond to fill it same day. Most pharmacies are so backed up one has to wait for compounded medication at least a day. The staff here is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We are fortunate to have them in the tri-valley area.

First time puppy parent here. Brianna helped me a lot today. Not only did she fill my dogs prescription but she took the timeto explain the medicine in great detail. She answered all my naive questions and I really appreciate her for it. I know she didn’t have to. Thanks you all!

This is the most customer friendly pharmacy that I have ever used! Convenient hours! They will mail, deliver or have your prescriptions ready for pick-up Whatever your preference! They send reminder texts when prescriptions are due for refills and respond promptly via text to all questions or inquiries. They will also call your physician to get additional refills for you without hesitation! Highly recommended!!!

Thank you for getting my pets heart medication Compounded to the chicken flavor! I use another compound pharmacy but this one was closer to my home and I really needed it quickly so I had my veterinarian send it here and the employees were incredibly helpful and prompt in getting this prescription filled. I appreciate the assistance and will be back!

I highly recommend Custom Care Compounding. The employees go above and beyond to best help their customers. They make sure customers know exactly what the meds they are taking are. They stayed late when I came in just to make sure I walked out of Custom Care Compounding with my life-saving medicine when Kaiser refused to fill it last-moment. I could not recommend a facility more than I would recommend this own. I am endlessly impressed with their knowledge, service, and compassion.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for many years. The staff and the pharmacists are always very pleasant and helpful. They have convenient phone in prescription renewal & are great with refilling orders, providing information, & answering questions in person or by phone. During the Covid shutdown, there was no disruption of service as they provided curbside pickup.

The owners are fantastic, the pharmacist is knowledgeable and every employee I have encountered is pleasant. It's a bit of a hike for me to get there with Bay Area traffic but absolutely worth it for me. I also like that there is actual person behind the text messaging service and the response time is excellent. Good customer service is becoming somewhat of a rarity these days so I appreciate it all the more.

The service at Custom Care Compounding is wonderful! The staff are really nice and friendly. They are all thoughtful, super responsive and give their very best to ensure I receive my medication for my son as urgently as possible. They respond to messages quickly, they follow up with physicians right away and they even send reminder texts for refills. I have been coming here for years and I highly recommend this pharmacy! I've been using this pharmacy for over 7 years. In the last 12 to 18 months their service and quality has gone downhill. I have a compounded cream that requires an applicator and I'm now on my third refill where the applicators do not attach properly to the tube causing much waste. Since this stuff costs $80 a month, I would really rather not waste it. When I called in for my last refill I told the person who answered the phone, who is not a pharmacist, about this problem. When I picked up the refill, the pharmacist was not aware of this problem, and tested it with two different applicators and confirmed the issue still exists. There was no easy remedy and I'm just about to run out of the product or I would have left it with them to fix it. Given the price increases, the lack of service, and the lack of attention to detail when a customer lets them know there is a problem with their product, I will be pulling all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy and going to a different compounding pharmacy. Please know there are many compounding pharmacies in our area and you do not need to go to this one. They could have at least offered a discount. Additionally, my doctor recently prescribed a new compounded product that I initially received from them at the cost of $280 a month. I found it at another compounding pharmacy for $80 a month. Shop around.

Yay finally a place close by that offers custom compounding. If you don’t what that is, ? then go have your homes checked. It’ll help you. They have a pharmacy for all other needs too. It’s new go check it out
