Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Randy made sure I had everything I needed. When I had to wait a few days for the phone I wanted to come in he called as soon as it arrived and made sure it was setup correctly before I left the store.

AUTHORIZED RETAILER, not an actual Verizon store. Couldn't solve a number of issues. Nice people, but "authorized retailer" should be prominently displayed.UPDATE: Just found out that the employee who processed my payment entered a round number and I now have an outstanding balance of $0.33. Definitely go to a real, actual Verizon store instead.
