Ordered a phone for in-store pick up. Found the order but it was pending. No solution offered other than to call the customer care line. The line was already closed. Drove 30 minutes after work to have same day pick-up, only to be greeted with a half-hearted shrug. We had multiple customers come in during our visit who were also told to call the closed customer line.The employees while kind don’t seem to be overly helpful.

Staff was very helpful and patient. My only issue with the store was the music-unnecessarily loud! They couldn’t turn it down because it was somehow controlled remotely by corporate. Ugh. Very annoying especially because I was with someone with autism who is very sensitive to noise.

Randy Bell was absolutely wonderful with helping me!! So patient and kind and did everything to help me with trying to fix my problem which ended up being just a worn out phone! Highly recommend this Verizon store in San Ramon California!!!

There apparently is no telephone at this store. How ironic!
The phone number listed here is for Verizon.. and they cannot connect you to the store! ??
Generally, I have nice friendly service at this store.

Francis was awesome very very patient I am completely clueless about how to use phones and he showed me all the cool stuff got me all set up and then he took care of my wife as well and got her all set up with her new phone so all in all it was a great experience
