Chevron on Delta Oaks, not nice. I got sprayed with gas and they did nothing. It even took a while to get an apology.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS: Do not work here. This company is highly corrupt.

Did you all know that the CEO of chevron, Michael Wirth, pays himself more than 33 million dollars a year while price gouging people all across this country. The company executives have been price gouging us on gasoline for decades and getting filthy rich. How about we boycott Chevron gas and all of their connected stations completely?Paying yourself 33 million dollars to run an essential business is both obscene and criminal! And gasoline is definitely an essential business in this country.

Historians and future society will not look upon your company kindly. Steven Donziger has 1000x of a moral compass and amount of compassion than anyone employed here, and you now cement your place in history as environmental saboteurs and unholy crusaders against indigenous people.

Tried calling a couple times but poor experience. First time after having to go through the annoying automated system I was connected with a rep, possibly overseas, with poor phone reception. I tried a California number after that but was redirected to the same automated system that gave poor results the first time so I hung up.That being said, my original complaint is the blaring ads at the pump, which have no volume button. Being forced to watch/listen to ads is absurd. The display screens are so low that adults must bend over to read them. Why? I'm referring specifically to Napa, California, Imola location and Redwood Road location. I'll be getting my gas elsewhere until chevron decides to care more about the comfort of it's paying customers. You just lost a longtime customer, so hopefully the revenue you make off the blaring ads compensates for your loss of sales elsewhere. This has been a common topic in town with individuals my age.

As a woman and a part of the BIPOC community I am horrified as to how I was treated at the Chevron location in Oregon - address ***** ** ** *******. I ride a motorcycle, and as law permits in OR, I pulled up to pump my gas. An employee at that location approached me, not respecting COVID restrictions/social distancing, and asked me what I was doing. When I told him I was filling my gas tank, he responded "IF I let you." To which I responded "Would you please respect social distancing and give me my space." He ignored this request and continued to laugh and point at me from about 2 feet away. When putting in my card/pin he again asked "What are you doing now?" I ignored his comment and decided I did not want to give this location my business. When putting my helmet and gloves back on he continued to make demeaning comments and laugh at my expense. Never in all my time as a female motorcycle rider have I encountered such disregard for COVID precautions as well as the open and visceral sexism, misogamy, and lack of composure. This report needs to be taken into consideration with its levels of concerning issues. This location needs COVID safety training as well as teachings on discrimination.
