Only back I trust. Had issues with Patelco opening a closed credit card. Never had an issue with Chase. They aren't always the best with customer service but they are good with our money.

Not a good customer service experience here. There was one teller, and a line forming. There was a second person who was also behind the counter who said someone will help, but she herself did nothing. We stood in line for a long time, but no one said or did anything to help. After 20 minutes, I had to leave without any assistance.

The worst Chase branch I’ve ever visited. Went there today to open an IRA account and was turned away by an arrogant and rude site manager. I was first told they did not provide such service. After I questioned that, she changed her story by saying I need to make an appointment prior to visiting the branch. Even though there were 2 bankers in the office with one of them apparently available. Clearly the staff there, especially the manager at this branch, have no interest in serving their customers and retaining their business.

This is an overdue review. Matt Johnson provided excellent services for my Private Client Account. Matt got promoted. Congratulations to Matt!Recently the customer service screwed up my account links to my both kids' after I changed my account type. Fortunately Lorraine Li swiftly solved the problems and successfully re-linked our accounts based on our needs. We sincerely appreciate Lorraine Li's quality service.

Lorraine Li is incompetent. I asked for a very simple set of instructions on adding partners to an existing business checking account. I spent over an hour discussing the details with Lorraine and she assured me multiple times that there was nothing I could do on my end and that my partners had to go in individually prior to any action I could take. That turned out to be 100% false and it’s only true in the event of a new account opening. She provided me with paperwork that gave instructions on adding partners when a new account is opened. I mentioned that this paperwork did not seem to conform to my request, and she insisted that this was the only way to add new partners to an existing business checking account. Needless to say, she was completely incorrect, and her incompetence cost me and my partners hours of time spent in chase branches across the country, dealing with her ineptitude. I will never go back to Lorraine for anything related to conducting business. Avoid her at all costs.In stark contrast, my experience with the branch manager, on a separate visit, was extraordinarily positive, and he was very capable and knowledgeable, and the teller at the desk was extremely helpful and looped in the business manager as soon as he was unsure of the answer of a question, as is appropriate. I wish I had their names so that I could give them credit for their capabilities as it’s due, and I was very impressed with both of their provisions of service.1 star for the severe ineptitude of Lorraine, but I’m ranking this branch 3 stars given the capability of the branch manager and the teller.Note to Chase: you should not let Lorraine speak with business owners as she is incompetent

I went to this Bank branch twice in a row, and sad to say, the lazy bank staff named Matt Johnson advised me to come back twice.I spent my time, gasoline, etc., and asking the help of this Chase Branch branch, I was not lucky. But thanks, GOD Lorraine Ying Li, help me with my bank issue. She assisted and helped me.I am giving her five stars. Unlike Matt, a LAZY bank worker. This is the first time I encountered a lazy bank worker with this branch. He needs to be re trained.

atm stole my money lol i did a withdrawal and they gave me some $5s instead of $20s but counted them as $20s. have to file a dispute and wait a few days :(

Quick take: Great customer service This is my first time going into a Chase branch for assistance. This location provided great customer service. I had an issue with a credit card and they took care of my issue. I had a great experience with the person at the counter/window. Also great customer care by the Saturday Supervisor. I should consider bringing more of my business to Chase. Thank you for helping me resolve my Chase banking issue.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The teller's name was Justin & he just seemed like to have a bug up his a*** Poor attitude like he didn't want to be there. While I was in line, he told the customer he was dealing with "Next time make the deposit at the ATM." Well if we all did that, you'd be out of a job buddy. When I got up there, I put my cash & deposit slip on the counter in front of him. After messing around with his papers for a few seconds, he looks at my cash & deposit slip & asks in a very aggressive tone "What do you need?" I slide my cash & deposit slip towards him. He completed my deposit & when my receipt finished printing, he looked at it, looked at me & said "All yours buddy" & walked away. He didn't hand it to me. I ripped it out of the printer & went about my way. Very rude & disrespectful. Guess I'll be looking for another bank to do business with.

1-star rating for this branch and 0-star rating to Mustafa for his very poor customer service. He was extremely rude when I went to the branch and he's not helpful at all on my transaction. I hope that the management of this branch put him back on training so other clients won't suffer too.
