Horrible service at this location I arrived mid day and no manager on duty is unacceptable and I had to wait forever for nothing since no one knew how to do their simple job. By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with!!!

Can I leave a negative stars? Manager does not know anything explained my entire thing he does not understand English cannot grasp a word I’m saying the teller understood everything but could not help me had to see a manager. The manager told me to wait 45 minutes and would not help me. His name is Kent do not bank at Chase Crow Canyon do not see the manager, Kent, they sang to the bottom of the barrel to hire that guy

It's not very offensive I would give 5 stars or take the time to write a review but in the pass five years I'm been banking with Chase Bank on Bollinger canyon road I have seen a few Manager come and gone, in the myths of all the changes there's one thing that stands out above all is there Great & I mean Great customer service Teller and officer Anita Misra with her staff of familiar faces When you walk in greeted by your first name with a smile, never have I waited in a long line to handle my account, They have passion about there job and truly care about bringing customers services to the forefront. Thank you to all the Teller Keep up the great service.

Great local support - REALLY BAD CORPORATE SUPPORT. In fact, Chase no longer allows larger transfers to other banks they do not authenticate manually, i.e., call the bank and verify your account, and the authentication is all of a 2 second "no." In other words, Chase is capturing customers funds by not allowing electronic transfers. I suspect the reason is because other banks allow a higher return and this was one way Chase chose to pursue to decline transfers.
